Room room is good and spacious but the bathroom is not good bathroom - its not an attached bath and toilet it has separate glass room for toilet and bath area and open area the washbasin has been kept literally no privacy if any two people intend to stay and also it is quite awkward looking at that setup when i enquired to Regency Tirunelveli By GRT Hotels staff, they said all rooms are like that only because of the bathroom, i am giving 4 out 5 as it is not kid or senior citizen friendly. They need to step in & out very carefully and not comfortable for them restaurant it is quite good and the staff are very curtious they try to provide special food for kids on request and they have a quite spread. I was driving from kanyakumari to chennai on the long weekend and randomly happened to come across this property. Being the long weekend the price was slightly on the upper side considering the location but the whole experience was worth it. Starting from the check in procedure everything was just perfect. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good restaurant and brilliant staff. The breakfast spread and the quality was also very good and i did not expect it to be that good. This property provided an overall experience which felt no less than a 5 star property.

We went as family and booked three rooms. The facilities inside the room were excellent. Room could be a little bigger. We had breakfast which was really sumptuous, tasty and had continental and south indian dishes. It is located near to the shopping centers and other restaurants in town. Nellayappar temple is nearby. Staff suggested tour routes for us. Overall a great experience and recommended for people who want to spend on luxury a bit, single room including tax and service comes to 5000 rupees for a day.

The place is well maintained, neat and good standard. The spread in buffet dinner was really good and tasty. The room service takes a long time and even housekeeping takes their time to replenish things. But stay was very comfortable and if i am around here, i will stay again. As far as restaurant is concerned, i wanted a specific requirement to be satisfied for breakfast and left instruction when i had dinner the earlier night. They made it for me. Without reminder in the morning.

The Regency Tirunelveli By GRT Hotels is located near the highway. Its rooms are spacuous, beds comfortable and even the window sill is dust free, a sugn of high level of housekeeping efficiency. Their house keeping staff respond promptly to requests for drinking water, creamer etc. Their breakfast buffet is great. It is an excellent property, value for money. I wish they would add some more south tamilnadu dishes to their menu.

We had two nights stay. A bit high Price for the value they offer. Nice Room and clean. The design i didn’t like is they have a separate bath and separate toilet both are too tiny and very inconvenient! This is the worst part ..In Bath space they just have only a hand shower for bathing.. no taps at all.. another big inconvenience! Location is at the city center and very convenient… nice property and overall a good place to stay
