Rooms were smelly and small, infrastructure was very old abd bathroom was very small. Lights in the room were very dim as well.

Pathetic service, specially during the breakfast, the staff serving the food, not helpful at all. They were stones, small small stones in my food item which my food for which, when I tried to complain. I was told that there is no manager available at that point in time. Specially, I would like to mention the names of reception head, Mr Madan Rajiv, the server and Raju, the chef totally in cooperative staff food service, pathetic small stones in my food item. I tried to complain. No manager was available to take my complaint.

Had a nice stay here, the staff is very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are spacious and clean. The vibe is good for a family stay.

The receptionist were rude. I called and asked for early check in and they said we’ll provide you one room as we had booked two rooms, But when we reached there they kept us waiting and we were ok but when I asked how much more time then they started taking rudely. The rooms shown in the picture are totally fancy but actual rooms are not at all good. And coming to the breakfast, as I have already paid for 4 days so I had to stay there and they served the same 4 different things only that too daily. Bad experience.

Location of the property is perfect for the visitors coming to Mumbai by air, quite near to both domestic and international airports. It is about 10 kilometers away from BKC, but it can take 40 to 60 minutes, or even more during traffic hours. Food is excellent here. Taste and quality the food is very good, and prices are very reasonable. The best is their breakfast, which was free with room. It is not best because it was free, it was best because of the varieties of the items served. Rooms of the Hotel are quite spacious andclean. Beds are quite big enough to accommodate couple and a child. Air-conditioners are properly functioning. There are three chairs and a small table in the room. Bathroom and toilet separated by glass panel, but very neat and clean. Reception and dinning area are centrally air-conditioned. With all above qualities, the services and the staff of the hotel is equally matching. All the staff, from top to bottom, are eager to help, very courteous and cooperative. Never experienced any nuisance in the hotel. Appropriate hotel for family, married couples, businessman, tourists etc.

It was a good experience, location of the hotel is good ,if you are traveling from T2 in Mumbai.

staf was good but receptionist poor in giving answer, hotel was average and food taste not much good ,

stay was very hood with nice and polite staff and good in house restaurant ,very near to airport terminal 2

Room Space is the problem, for single person it’s good , Staff is supportive, break fast on time , clean rooms

Our stay at Regent Hotel was very pleasant , with the expectional serving staff at the Restaurant & Room service. The food available at the Hotel is very tasty & reasonably priced with good options. Tasty homely piping hot food served with smiling faces.. Rooms are well kept, cleaned properly & spacious. Overall a wonderful stay.

The property is Well connected, however, 4 out 5 in Food experience and 2 in Service quality, Had issue in Wifi connectivity had reported the same to the concerned but no luck.
