stay was nice.. upgrade without any charges.. as we request to give together room .cleanles is up to mark. service is best.. breakfast also nice and testy. Property is located decently at Main Road in Jhotwara. I would say this should be a 3 Star property instead of 4 star as the Facilities & services do not match. However the team at the Hotel is fantastic & they heard to all my inputs and addressed the concerns promptly . Would specially mention about Sunil,Dheeraj Neeraj.vasu along with Ravinder who were prompt & made our sta comfortable. Still huge room for improvement in House Keeping and also in house Amenities to make it 4 Star & actually meet the Standards set by Royal Orchid Geoup

it was a good stay, The restaurant service was really good , The room service did a good job from their end. but i would say housekeeping services should be improved because i feel some sort of odour in a room that was unbearable.

The location was good but there were very few food options for dinner as well as breakfast, room condition was good 👍 but Gym facility was not great

The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room was spotless and surprisingly spacious, with a comfortable bed. However, the hotel restaurant's breakfast buffet was a bit limited in options. Despite that, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making it a very pleasant stay
