Regenta Central Klassik

It was a fantastic overnight stay. The Regenta Central Klassik was well decorated for christmas which gave a good vibe. Reception team was very approachable during check in and check out. Rooms were very good and spacious. They had a good spread for breakfast and the team was very courteous. This Regenta Central Klassik is highly recommended.

Nice stay. Business trip. Good location. Awesome service right from front desk to house keeping. Clean neat and spacious rooms. Minor improvements to be done in room service food charges. On the higher side. A/c noise can be reduced. Otherwise had a wonderful stay

This is a decent facility to stay with nice and humble staff. Food quality and quantity is also worth to money. A suggestion from my side will be to work on drivers night stay facility and food for them at reasonable price. Thank you abhishek syal

I have availed room service and food. Both are good. Additionally, the room and premises were tidy. However, some of the basic toiletries (saving and dental kit) were not kept in the room which i later requested. This i am adding for improvement.

Prime location of the Regenta Central Klassik easily accessible via google maps. Valet parking nice ambiance wonderful hospitality. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Slept peacefully without and disturbance from surrounding and other guests

I will prefer to stay in future but the housekeeping services are very poor. They are cheating to the customers. I asked for sealed water bottle and they have given normal water bottle and it looks same but seal was broken. It happened twice.

Stayed as work traveller. Rooms are good but need little maintenance of wash rooms. Service is good. Breakfast buffet need more options and need little punjabi touch and punjabi options. Otherwise good property for work or business travel.

The Regenta Central Klassik was good and staff was courteous. The location of the Regenta Central Klassik too is suitable for someone who wants to be in the heart of the city. However, the breakfast buffet needs to be more elaborate.

Good property in ludhiana with clean and spacious room and courteous staff. A more professional training to the bell boys would make it an excellent one.

It was wonderful stay at property and the staff was very-much friendly and hospitality was exclusive. I forgot my belongings and only i came to know about this by phone call of one of the exicutive and i got it by courier. Thanks
