ac not working...fridge me cooling nhi thi bilkul.. washbasin chok thi...puri 9t bekar gayi..subah bar bar power cut ho raha tha but power backup nhi mila....aur ha restaurant ka to khana bilkul hi bekar tha..overall waste of money ...and no comfort ...only location of hotel is good ..

Wonderfull stay. I stayed there for my short stay as it was a halt of my journey. Rooms are very comfortable and hygienic. Gufran helped me during my check in as well as guided me well for my route. The staff is so cooperative and mannered.

zero service. no towels in such high price hotel. room service will take forever . food at restaurant will be atleast a waiting of 45 mins . pathetic stay with this property.

The stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly 🙂. The ambience of the room was really very eloquent. The location of the hotel is very easily accessible and very nearby to Hazratganj market which makes the hotel really convenient.

Very stinky rooms which i had booked suite then change to lower room and while Cheka out for room service bill also wrong asked for more payment, so I don’t recommend this place at all be carful.

Had a bad experience

They had broken kettle , no towels . Also we asked for water , water was not provided stating that we have a limited bottles.I booked for two and the amenities seems to be for one.

Room was in very bad condition. AC was not working inspite of complaint. TV was not working inspite of complaint. Geyser was not working. I was forced to use normal cold water inspite of my health condition.
