Unauthorised entry in room by staff early morning using master key.

Very unprofessional staff, the staff member entered in our room early morning without knowing the door. He used the master key to enter while my wife & daughter were sleeping in the room. It’s very risky to stay in this hotel. Also no clean bedsheet, towel provided.

I expected better from Regenta as I have stayed here earlier as well. I had booked 2 rooms one room was at par but other was below average broken wall, jammed bathroom door, telephone not working, fridge socket not working and stains on wall. Room needs renovation and maintenance, as staff knew that and as they where all booked so we had to adjust Service, Food was good.

One of the Worst Hotel Stays – 4 Room Changes in 11 Hours

This was by far the most frustrating hotel experience of my life. From the moment we checked in at 1:15 PM, it was chaos: wrong room allotted, no towels/soaps/dental kits, and no hot water. After repeated follow-ups, we were shifted from one room to another – 4 rooms in less than 11 hours – each with new problems. One room had no hot water, another reeked of cigarette smoke with a broken exhaust fan (never fixed despite 3 days of daily promises), and finally, at midnight, we were forced to shift again because of suffocating smell. The last room also had issues – a split twin bed and again no hot water the next morning. Reception was unresponsive, follow-ups went ignored, and even the manager admitted his staff “don’t listen.” Every fix was delayed, half-baked, or never done. We wasted almost an entire day just chasing basic amenities. This hotel lacks service, accountability, and basic hospitality. I strongly advise avoiding this property – book a reputed chain instead.

Food was very good. But the room which was provided was not good. Have to contacted so many times on reception for little little things. Behaviour of staff was also not so welcoming.

Although we had booked a premium lake view room, we were not provided with the room as walk-in guests were given priority. As a result, the additional amount we paid was wasted. When we tried to talk to staff they just started ignoring. Additionally, the room service was significantly delayed. The only positive aspect of our stay was the quality of the food. Over all it was not a good experience.
