The property is in a good location, but the rooms feel quite congested and the overall hospitality doesn’t match what other hotels offer.

It’s quite location, next to beach on other side. Very good food at the restaurant. Though room size slightly small, outside food is not allowed.

Room was clean but area was short bath room was clean but no hot water food was tasty and good and of good quality

stay was ok..rooms are a bit difficult to stay blessed in...food is good...just got cheated with Taxi driver from hotel he charged for just booking and cancelling after 15 minutes.. hotel didn't help..

The hotel is good. The stay was very comfortable. Food is quite good. The location is very good,the calm and clean atmosphere, opposite the sea facing. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

good location - right on the batch. rooms were clean and upholstery was good. standard rooms are food value for money. Choose rooms with a sea view ...one wing has good views of the sea and is well lit. the wing close to Fortune hotel is not very well lit and no great views.

A Truly Inclusive and Compassionate Stay We recently stayed at Regenta Central Puri Odisha while traveling with our special needs child, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional experience we had. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was incredibly understanding and patient, taking the time to answer our questions and accommodate our needs without making us feel rushed or different. It was clear they had experience working with families like ours, which immediately put us at ease. Though our room 205 was quite small however the partial sea view was excellent and thoughtfully it is in a low-traffic area of the hotel, which helped our child feel more relaxed. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and small touches like blackout curtains and soft lighting made a big difference in helping our child feel at home. What stood out most was the genuine kindness and respect we were shown throughout our stay. No awkward stares, no uncomfortable moments—just real hospitality and compassion. Traveling with a special needs child isn’t always easy, but Regenta Central Puri Odisha made it feel not only possible but actually enjoyable. We felt seen, supported, and truly welcomed. Thank you for creating a space where all families can feel at home. We will definitely be returning !

Regenta Central is a bit away from crowded Puri.Found the location great for unwinding. The property is very well maintained.Located on the beachfront this property provides an array of breakfast spread. Food available is extremely tasty. Staff is well behaved.Enjoyed four nights stay and look forward to visit again.

location is good, food quality is good but not available bengali food properly. required some changes for room . service is avairrage.

The rooms were very small, and the service was extremely pathetic, especially in the restaurant. Despite having so many rooms, the restaurant had only 10 tables. The minimum waiting time for orders was at least an hour. There were only 2–3 staff members managing the entire restaurant. During the morning buffet, if anything got over, there was no chance of a refill. There was a severe shortage of staff, which is why the service was so poor. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

At check in, they tried to push me in a different room, which I didn't book. Once I raised question, promptly they provided me the room which I booked with side sea view. I did not like the chance taking in this manner which shows unprofessionalism. Again in the night, we found that there was no buffet dinner when I was booked with buffet dinner. We had to take a select choice of menu which was again disappointing. Corridors were smelly. No gym but spa was like funny. Breakfast spread was not satisfactory. However the staffs giving service at the restaurant were all very cordial.

Terrible and very rude counter staffs, Doesnt provide good room for mmt booked rooms, always problem with ac and locks of room

Had an excellent stay at Regenta Central Hotel , Puri. The service was excellent . Breakfast was awesome with a wide range of offerings . We ordered dinner at our room and all the dishes we had over the period of 3 nights of our stay were palatable ranging from Chicken curry , mutton handi , dal ,, etc . The location is right on the beach . Looking forward to return back to Puri and Regenta Central Hotel in future for vacation.

location is excellent if you have a direct se view balcony. Hotel is situated very close to see in main road. Food quality was good with very supportive staffs. Tooth brush, paste needs to be addressed n should be of better quality.. Bayh room main tap knob should be maintained regularly as it was found to be too tight to move

Nice hotel however small rooms . Well decor and maintained . Good service with nice location . Would recommend the hotel .
