Regenta Central RS Chennai SIPCOT OMR

The property location is excellent as it is beside the Marina mall. Breakfast was good but not so great. Hotel room was expected to be better considering the cleanliness. the bathroom taps are not convenient to use. My daughter enjoyed a lot in swimming pool. All hotel staff were very nice from reception to the restaurant and door keeper also. overall good stay.

The hotel is located in a prime location, offering great convenience for travelers. Ms. Ritika stood confidently at the front desk and handled everything with professionalism and grace — truly commendable service. However, the in-room dining food quality could be improved. The food that arrived was slightly soggy. Other than that, everything else about the stay was smooth and satisfactory. 🌟

Toilet smells really bad

Overall it's good experience. However they are having no inhouse laundry service . So laundry is little bit costly compared to other hotels.

I recently stayed at Central Regenta Hotel, OMR, and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect — just a short distance from Marina Mall for shopping and dining. Breakfast had a good spread with both Indian and continental options. Room service was quick and neatly presented. The ambience of the hotel felt calm and refreshing. Wi-Fi connectivity and in-room facilities were excellent. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay on OMR.

Overall stay is good And Housekeeping of entire property and Amenities are good Food not tasted due to time Clean swimming pool to enjoy with family ☺️

my stay in Regenta was really good and it was seemless with no worry about food, gym, pool and over all stay.

Bathroom is not hygiene

Disappointing Stay at Hotel Regenta OMR, chennai Rating: 2/5 I recently stayed at Hotel Regenta with my family 1&2 oct, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the hotel's key card system was inefficient, and our card was deactivated when we went to the pool. This left my kids, who were wet and shivering, stranded outside until we managed to get a new card. This was not only inconvenient but also embarrassing. Furthermore, the food quality was subpar. We ordered honey lemon potato, but what we got was French fries soaked in honey and chilli flakes - a pathetic attempt at a dish. To make matters worse, the western chicken and mashed potato was half baked or grilled even the beer we ordered was not chilled, and the opener was missing. The hotel's security was also a concern, as we noticed that there were no CCTV cameras in most areas, including the corridors and swimming pool entrance. The only redeeming factor was the mall located next door, which provided some much-needed entertainment for my family. Overall, our stay at Hotel Regenta was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. The traffic on OMR was also a hassle, but that's not the hotel's fault. Room for Improvement: - Efficient key card system - Better food quality and attention to detail - Improved security measures, including CCTV cameras - Enhanced overall customer experience

Ideal for a staycation. Located right next to the mall it was convenient to catch a movie in the evening and kids got to visit the play arena . The breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. The swimming pool and the gym were also excellent.

It was a pleasant stay, with a nice room, clean swimming pool and a good buffet breakfast.

Really bad experience, we booked a king suite and the ceiling board was broken and had some kind of honeycomb growth inside, the wash basin inside the bathroom was leaking and got water all over the place, no bath bombs were provided for the bathtub as mentioned. The housekeeping was very very poor, no quick response, no proper cleaning and following of instructions. When a person books a king suite we are expected to have a relaxing stay but here all we have to worry about is weather or not the water will stop leaking and will the house keeping attend to my needs! No idea how regenta is rated 4stars! If not for the interior infrastructure this place wouldn’t have gotten even a single star from me. I have been to hotels with lower prices and rating do a better job that people here!

great ambiance and experience staying in regenta

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my trip. Location is perfect and easily accessible. Definitely recommending this hotel to family and friends.

Actually I use to book most of my travel booking on MMT only. It was mentioned a 4 star property, but in actual it is not even a 3 star level. Very facilities, bathroom condition not so good, there was a water clogging. So much noise around, couldn’t sleep well. Will not prefer AGAIN.

Location is easy to find and food is good. But the thing is they were tried to charge for sometime which was already damaged.

We are visiting  Chennai periodically and staying at REGENTA only when family members are with us and each time its nice have there.  Unfortunately, this time unexpected treatment we received and it became emberesing specially when family (ladies) member is with us.

Great staff and hospitality.Great location as it is close to the mall and getting access to the main road was very easy.Breakfast could’ve been slightly improved in terms of variety but the taste was great.Rooms were in great condition and the amenities provided were top notch.Swimming pool was enjoyable.Staff especially the receptionists were really kind and helpful.Great service, will definitely choose again!!Safety and hygiene were great as well.The rooms were well maintained

Overall the stay was very comfortable. Property's location, amenities and services were fantastic. Food aspect needs improvement. Though quality of food was good, room service needs improvement. Inspite of telling at the time of giving order, most of the time, they forget to get one or the other thing like plates, salad, etc.
