property is at prime location. easy access by train and nearby prime tourist places. The food quality was amazing and staff there were always ready to help and behaviour was so polite. Rooms were very clean. only thing is that in bathroom there was leakage in toilet sheet. Staff was very coperative and service was excellent. Parking facility was good. Every thing was perfect except food. We had dinner included in booking. Buffet dinner was not tasty. It needs improvement. Breakfast was good.

We stayed in the royal suite for 3 nights.We arrived early to the hotel and the hotel allowed early check in hassle free.The breakfast spread was ample and very tasty. The service provided by the staff was prompt and top notch.This hotel is located in the centre of city which saved us lot of time to visit all the tourist spots. Overall wonderful stay and would definitely stay in the hotel for next time too.

It was amazing staying with regenta and I had a wonderful experience. Meanwhile we also ordered some food 😋 which was amazing and it gave us a good time at dinner as well. Also the room service was real quick and everything was perfect . People were friendly and great hospitality .
