The room was very clean, service was impressive, and the staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. Their helpful behavior and prompt response made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the cleanliness added to the positive experience.

Room was near and clean and well managed. All the hotel staff were very Supportive and kind. Room service is also having good response time.

The check-in process was smooth and well coordinated. The room was spacious ,decorated with modern furniture. Cleanliness & housekeeping did an excellent job.Every staff member,from reception to housekeeping was professional. A very comfortable & pleasant stay.

At 5:10 a.m. on October 9, when all the hotel boarders were fast asleep, the corridor’s hazard alarm suddenly honked kept ringing for several minutes. Many of us rushed outside, but there was no hotel staff to be seen anywhere. When I went down the stairs to the reception, I found two employees there — calm and indifferent. They informed me that the alarm had switched on because the water tank had overflowed while being filled. Their expressionless and unconcerned attitude left me both surprised and annoyed. Had this incident not occurred, I would have given the hotel a five-star rating. But because of the fright and the rude awakening at that hour, I couldn’t bring myself to do so. The hotel itself is very good. The room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Both the room and the washroom were quite spacious. We had access to hot water 24 hours a day. However, the body wash bottle was empty, and only one dental kit was provided for two people. I called room service once, but no one answered. The restaurant food was tasty and of good quality, though slightly overpriced. In contrast, we liked the food and pricing at the nearby bakery much more — along with its pleasant ambiance. The daytime reception staff were very nice and always ready to help with a smile. The travel agency contact they provided for car rental was excellent. All in all, apart from the hazard alarm incident, our overall experience was quite good.

Room size is too small with less amenities they were charged more Water leakage from AC pipe when there was raining outside Also, one stunning comment is that here I faced 10 min power cut during 11.20 Am to 11.30 and during this period, no one had picked up my intercom from the reception area neither they call back. When I asked them after going in-person, they excused with "sir for a fraction of sec. The power was cut" No pickup or drop option from hotel side was there. Restaurant food was very good while attention was very bad. Only house keeping staffs are very attentive. Overall I was very much dissatisfied with this property.

I had an overnight stay in this hotel on my way to Raipur from Kolkata. Location wise this hotel is very close to the railway station as well as NH 63. The staff members were very polite and helpful. I only had breakfast (complimentary) which had a good spread. They also have a live counter. They have parking facilities within the hotel premise which is a big positive. Elevator is there, so no issues for elderly people. However, the room (deluxe) interiors need some uplift in comparison to new age hotels. Overall a decent stay.

Location is absolutely good though it’s very near n walkable distance from the main station, food wise not so very good, not so very bad even…so I could say 50/50, overall facilities of the property is good.

The property was fine, the service was ok. But the rooms are small and gloomy. Very less natural light coming in.
