The Regenta Orko's Kolkata location was beautiful surrounding atmosphere was peaceful, great staff. I stayed here for a business trip, and the staff were courteous and ready to help at any time. The Regenta Orko's Kolkata was undergoing renovation, so construction noise was present during the daytime, but that was okay. However, i noticed that the food menu was quite expensive, and the breakfast spread wasn't very lavish; it lacked variety and local authentic food was notably missing. Despite this, the overall experience was good.

I booked club rooms and they upgraded me to club premium with 0 cost .. food over all ambience really cozy and nice the pool is also enjoyable but they a club at the top floor which is open till 4 am and they play the music so load and disturbing the entire 5th floor .. my sleep was ruined I had to go downstairs to speak with the manager in person to stop this annoying this at dead of the night 😒

I liked the hospitality of the staff. At 1 o'clock needed help to stitch off light, as button was damaged. Within 5 minutes it was repaired. Food quality is good. In service care is excellent. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, ambience is good. In room, Regenta Orko's Kolkata can think of carpet/matting the floor. Rest all is good.

It's a good Regenta Orko's Kolkata amazing staff and good room clean i would give 5 star and excellent they update the basic technology for example television is not smart still using cabletv led and should have a better gym and pool is need to be repair i'll always stay here Keep up the good work is nice can get better

Find the property through mm t and room is good as expected except bathroom as it's too small than room and other facility. Stay is good and staff behavior along with service too. Food is not soo good and expected, all the time what ever have ordered it's disappointed and most of the time it's got wasted.

Those who are coming to kollota for the purpose of visa application must stay in this Regenta Orko's Kolkata as it is located nearby. Also Regenta Orko's Kolkata is neat and clean and food and other items do commensurate with the room rent. However, there is no spa as shown. Bar has limited drink items.

They made our family stay outstanding and memorable with room upgradation and allowing late checkout. Safe and private parking space at the basement, all staff well behaved. Only thing they can improve upon is the breakfast where i would rate as an average. Overall excellent hospitality. Thanks

It was a very pleasant stay. To start with. At reception had a real friendly person so are the other staff. Rooms are kept very clean to very high level. Restaurant was excellent also. But i wanted continental food also not just indian.

It was a pleasant experience barring some instances which included reception behaviour and some basic amenities that were missing from the room which included handwash, scissors to name a few.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staffs are very helpful. Location is in a bit isolated area. We had a great stay.

Good stay, with good local market near the property there should be some measure taken by property so that the guest don't get disturbed by the pub music which play till 4 am

Good breakfast buffet, clean room, all facilities are good. Reasonable pricing. Calm location. Overall good.

Enjoyed our two nights. Room was more than what we had expected. Though in the city it is peaceful. Loved the drive way lined with trees. Swimming pool on the roof top also is an added feature.

It is a well decorated Regenta Orko's Kolkata with very lovely and friendly staff. The food was also delicious. The rooms are very spacious, exactly like the pictures with no alterations. Very clean washroom. For sure will be staying here in future.

The room was exceptionally good but we didn't get tin beds as promised. There is mini-fridge present. The washroom was good enough but no bathtubs or bathrobes.

Location is a bit far from airport but property is superb. Food excellant, very courteous staff except for the old lady staff who sits in the restaurant munching free Regenta Orko's Kolkata food. Except this old lady no other complaints. Excellant place to stay
