The property has excellent hospitality, the manager and staff were helpful in accommodating the checkin timings. The food quality and portion is adequate, they keep the legacy of the royal orchid groups. The houskeeping staff is on schedule and keep the mini snackbar filled up. Bathrooms are a delight with natural care soap/shampoo. Washrooms have hair-drier and shaving mirror, with all said the stay was a customer delight. Although the room i selected was a small one as compared to others, but never felt during my stay. Laundry bag and shoe polish were an added feature. All in all the regenta place live to the co-brand of orchid Regenta Place Bhopal by Royal Orchid Hotels Limiteds group

Accommodation was excellent and food quality was equally good. We enjoyed our stay at regenta. The buffet breakfast spread was good and the service standards were excellent. We were made comfortable once we checked in. The only issue is the late check-in at 2:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 noon. But we didn't have any problems in that regard. Overall the stay was comfortable. The location of the Regenta Place Bhopal by Royal Orchid Hotels Limited is at a convenient point at the centre of the city and amenities like toilets were very clean.

4. Room was good and clean. Staff were friendly. However outside my room there was utilites cabinet which was constantly being opened 24*7 and there was no sound isolation which caused lot of disturbance. Also food was not up to mark. The breakfast spread is limited and erratic. Also in room dining the food was not at all tasty. There is lot of scope for improvement in food and beverage given that the food charges are pretty high.

Hotel is well equipped with all the amenities. What stands out Regenta Place Bhopal by Royal Orchid Hotels Limited is its location. It’s nearby to db mall which is the biggest mall in bhopal. Every place is reachable from here. All the amenities and services are good. We didnt tried the food.

The stay at regenta was very comfortable. The room was of a decent size and we had a view of the road in front which was nice to sit and relax. The staff were humble and prompt. The buffet spread was very good. Even the ala carte for dinner and lunch was tasty. Overall highly recommended.

A neat and clean, newly built property near chetak bridge and in near vicinity of aiims. Hotel staff is courteous and rooms are clean with nice woody ambience.

Overall a great stay clubbed with exceptional and personalised service. Had a good breakfast. The location was exceptional. Had a smooth check in and check out process. Staff was courteous enough to guide us for local travel destinations. Recommend this to all planning to visit bhopal.

The in room dining menu need to be increase with some more dishes. Not much to order in room dining menu.
