Room finishing was average . No hot water in the tap even at 6 am in the morning . Breakfast menu was not ready on time . They opened breakfast and parallely bringing the food stuff and filling empty pots . Not recommended for business travelers.

Good place to stay, could be wel maintained

Hotel is at a very good location, in the middle of the town and market place. But property is not well maintained. Sofa in the room was broken, staff was struggling to extend it to make it a bed at night. TVs were not working. So we had to call for repair. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Many items were served cold and always short on the counter. Food was tasteless, Idli was hard and sour (felt as if not fresh) and sambar was super sweet, we eat more after tasting 1 spoon. Cut fruits were smelly, felt not fresh. Many items were missing on counter and were told to wait as they were still cooking. And most importantly, serving staff rarely smiled and looking sad. This place has been our favourite place to stya ever since it was Citrus. This was our 5th -6th stay. But felt like Hotel lost its charm after the management changed

We had a wonderful stay at the property.The rooms are nice and clean and well appointed.Staff is polite and courteous.Driver accommodation was provided and it was very useful.Parking is available and it's location is nice and central so you can move about the city with ease and convenience.Overall a great experience.
