Stay was truly memorable thanks to the hotel’s outstanding service. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the restaurant staff always served with a smile. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, making us feel valued as guests. Also, you’ll able to see the almost entire Shimla from you hotel itself. We’ll be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. Lovely hotel, very courteous staff. Housekeeping guy Hemant was very polite and forthcoming, and always helped with a smiling face. Kitchen staff Palak Sahil and Onik were very courteous and warm and served us the food with utmost care and attention. Rooms are clean and washrooms are also very hygienic and clean. Overall a very good experience and would recommend staying here for leisure or business.

I was planing short trip to shimla and very much worried about stay then a notification pop up from MMT (as always they know what my mind is planing ) and from there i get to know about Regenta Hill Top also named as Regenta Palace first of all property is amazing with the best view you can get and the staff their behaviour was so polite ...they also give me earlier check in as per ability best party was food quality must try panner handi there ...

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in their revolving restaurant where we had dinner. Food was amazing and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

coupleThe location is unpleasant, no amenities undertrained unfriendly staff. Only saving grace is the view. Food not upto the mark. The suite was definitely not worth it, the room wasn't air proof, didn't get an extra heater until we lodged a complain 5 k mandatory christmas eve dinner, which ended at 10 30.

coupleThe most basic thing in any hotel in a city like shimla was not provided to us, i. E, hot water bath. Even when we complained, it was not resolved. Rooms were also not clean. Such a ridiculous experience! won't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

F&B discount was not applied to un room dining orders. the revolving restaurant is a good attraction and food is one of the highlights here. One suggestion is to add some cookies,cakes,muffins to the buffet breakfast spread
