Unhygienic and services are pathetic. Staff are not professional. Room size is big, but they are not clean.

Worst Experience ever staying in this property. Food quality is below average. staff is not cooperative. No proper management. Also I have to follow up with the staff to clean the insects in the swimming pool. NOT RECOMMENDED

The hotel is really good big and spacious rooms located at a peaceful place . Food is good linens neat and clean smooth check in and check out I stay every month at the same hotel as it never disappoints

the property was not as per the royal orchid standard. the rooms and premises were poorly maintained. the location of the hotel was on the highway. the balcony says garden view but they didn't have any garden. the food quality and taste was pathetic. the breakfast spread was very disappointing. Don't fall for photos and reviews...

room service is late , electric kettle is not working,t.v is not working inspite of calling on reception nobody come.rooms are good, swimming pool is not clean.

The location of the property is awesome. Property is also very good. Clean Rooms and good food. The room & bathroom needs better maintenance, amenities should be kept pre hand in the rooms.

The property was good but hospitality was not good and food was not good. But the rooms are good. This property is on highway so we can stay when we are going on a long Trip

Property is usually booked for events and we were denied to use pool and other amenities, staff was good but manager is very arrogant and self obsessed

My stay was disappointing. There was no hot water supply in washroom. The reception rarely answered the phone, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. The exhaust/ventilator in the washroom wasn't working. Overall, the stay was poor and the experience could have been much better. *Not a value for money*. Food was OK

we have stayed at this property many times as it's facilities was very good but this time it was a little disappointing as basic amenities like towels, toilet paper and dental kit were missing in the room, had to ask for it and food was the speciality for which we used to give this hotel priority was average. In dinner, we ordered Malai kofta which was spoiled. Bed was making cracking noise. It seems like day by day management has become very lousy and lazy. please pay attention to the details.

firstly MMT needs to review the defination of resort, horrible service terrible resort, filthy bathroom smelly blanket and bedsheet, dirty rooms though dinners were nice however breakfast didn't had the variety taste was good, welcome drink was included on voucher but hotel was not bothered to serve one,we had to literally beg for the same and after 4 hours 3 small glasses of flat coke was served, complained MMT however it didn't helped, thanks MMT and Hotel for a memorable stay

Stay at the property was okay. although, little disappointing. You boast of a premium property in Bharatpur and yet you don't deliver anything new or different rather even the basic amenities were not upto the mark. it's disappointing to see and experience as a guest.

The Overall experience was good. If you are looking for peace and good hospitality this is the place for you. Food Quality in Lunch & Dinner was good. The property looks amazing. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was too okay. Limited options and quality of food wasn't up to the mark. Rooms need minor renovation. Overall it was a good stay.

Awesome experience. Travel-led with 7 year kid. He too enjoyed a lot. Well maintained amenities. Neat and clean rooms premises. Ample parking space. Well maintained swimming pool. Heritage style building. Food was normal. Breakfast was better than dinner. Courteous staff. Very close to bird sanctuary.

Very worst experience of staying for one night even room was spacious no other things like not proper cleaning in bathroom there waa bottle of shampoo n shower gel but empty while bathing realised that food is worst. Serviceis very poor. I won’t recommend anyone to stay here
