Regenta Resort Vanya Mahal

The Property is located near the railway station. The property can be easily located. The overall experience was fantastic. Note: The main reception is under renovation so the reception currently is a temporary set up! Also, the spa is closed until October. Pros: Huge property which is nicely maintained. Easily located. Excellent room service. The amazing pool set up. Cons: Not many, just one: Tiger trail restaurant is highly overpriced and does not offer a lot of options too. This is due to no options available to the public outside the properties. No online food ordering service. No fancy restaurant chains. No fast food outlets. Overall. It's a great place to stay when in Ranthambore.

The stay was pretty pleasant. With very spacious room and prompt room service. Two minor hiccups i faced during my stay were, they're not serving ro water in name of corona(very lame excuse, and the second is the intercom was not working even after two complaint. (finally they changed the receiver)

Good: 1. Property is big and has ample space for parking/playing etc. With big coridors and verandah which gives heritage loom to the property. 2. Big spacious rooms. Ok : 1. Service is just ok. Problem with 24hr hot water. 2. Food options in menu are very limited. Bad: 1. Toilet flush did not function properly. 2. Very poor lighting: lights are so low in rooms and bathroom that you struggle to see, disappointing. Being a 4 star property they need to improve on many things. I would not recommend someone to stay. Its just decent in this price.

I had stayed for 2 nights with family. At the outset i will appreciate the efforts of a staff namely ram at the restaurant who took keen care of our needs at restaurant. I ha dbooke d for breakfast only. He took our ala carte orders in lunch and advised us to take buffet and got us 15% discount. Very nice and coordinate staff. Rooms are very spacious. The variety in buffet can be improved. Specially juice, fruits and desserts. Altogether we had a very good stay. The staff at reception is also very helpful.

The Regenta Resort Vanya Mahal building was beautiful but the staff at the reception was not very welcoming. They need to be trained properly. The rooms lacked the basic amenities like hair dryer, tissues etc. The bathrooms need renovation. The housekeeping staff was polite and helpful. The lawns were well maintained. The breakfast and food was good. Overall a good experience but with improvements can be excellent

The property is huge, and rooms are big and big bathrooms. The newly built section is clean and fresh. Although i visited in winter and didn’t use pool but it is not well maintained, spa is also not well managed, i tried to get a booking but to no avail. Food is good but buffet breakfast could be better, no live counter. The property has lots of potential but needs to be maintained well. Overall, value for money.

We stayed for 2 days at regenta sawai madhopur. The location of the resort is great, just on the main road to the ranthambore wild life sanctuary and km away from the main city centre. The service at the Regenta Resort Vanya Mahal is top class along with the very good breakfast. The ala cart menu can be made better by giving people more choices to order food. Overall a very good Regenta Resort Vanya Mahal.

The Regenta Resort Vanya Mahal premises were decent and ambient. However, we felt that the Regenta Resort Vanya Mahal was slightly understaffed leading to service delays. Rooms were okayish but had expected better at around rs. 5. 5k / night. Didn't like their sandwich which we had ordered by room service although breakfast and dinner were good but nothing extraordinary.

It was a good stay and very helpful staff throughout our stay food was okayish, choices are very limited

It was a decent stay. Gaurav and Kranth Singh on reception were nice and very polite. Gaurav decorated room for my daughter birthday and arranged a cake. Krauth helped us finding my mobile left in Jeep we hired for a national park visit. Breakfast was tasty.

Ambience and service was very good. Food was average to be honest. 5 star for ambience and service and 3 star for food.

It is like heritage a property with all modern facilities. Rooms are very spacious so neat and classy, huge corridors gives the feeling of palace. All garden are designed and maintained. Staffs are very cooperative

The Regenta Resort Vanya Mahal was awesome. Breakfast was good. The premises is beautifully maintained and the pool was clean. Enjoyed the stay.

It was our good decision to choose regenta for our holidays, located in the heart of city. Very much convenient for safari pick up and drop. Specially for zone 6

Very nice stay, very courteous staff with extremely fast room service. They truly believe in hospitality and ensure that their guests feel like royals when staying there. The property is huge and beautiful and the events they organize at different times (like magic show, cultural performances, high tea, one fire) us very fun filled and engaging.

Location is nearby from local train station. Food quality was really good and service was very good. Apart from the flaw of late responses and pathetic spa at the property. Don't even think of taking the spa the therapists are not at all trained properly.
