1. *comfortable and cozy stay* the overall stay was comfortable and cozy, providing a pleasant atmosphere throughout. 2. *spacious rooms* the rooms were adequately spacious, offering enough room for relaxation and movement. 3. *great swimming pool* the Regenta SGS Greenotel - Lonavala had a fantastic swimming pool, providing a refreshing option for leisure. 4. *quality toiletries* the provided toiletries were of good quality, enhancing the overall experience. 5. *cleanliness standards* the Regenta SGS Greenotel - Lonavala maintained good cleanliness standards, ensuring a hygienic environment. 6. *room service delay* unfortunately, on the last night, there was a considerable delay in room service. Despite continuous calls, it took around 2 hours to receive the service, which was disappointing considering the otherwise pleasant experience. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the delay in room service on the final night impacted the overall satisfaction.

Enjoyed the stay. Well maintained property. Went with the family. It's a pure veg Regenta SGS Greenotel - Lonavala. Good options for breakfast. We did ala cart e for hi tea. Service could've been faster. The Regenta SGS Greenotel - Lonavala is situated right at the start of the main market. We wanted rain but the weather was cloudy. They have swimming pool on the terrace. There was no one to look after the customers near pool. Had to remind them multiple times for a pool towel. Nothing much to complain. Would come back for sure

Stay & food was amazing. We loved the experience but the service is extremely slow. We waited for 3 to 4 hours to get the room. 1 pm was the checkin time. We reached at 8 am. We requested to have early checkin atleast 1 room, but we finally checked-in in our room at 3pm. I had to call multiple times for our luggage, which was quite annoying. We had to call multiple times in the gap to 10 to 15 mins& waited for half an hour too for every single requirement or housekeeping. They need to work on service.

Firstly the staff is absolutely fine at doing their job, as we checked in the room looked little small and as we requested for upgrade and we were ready to pay but they did it for free of cost which was very good from their part. Food is absolutely good it's 10/10, everything is good. Yes staff may look little understaffed but they manage it anyhow. Rooms are good with good balcony city view, they are kept clean. The gaming room and swimming is just amazing. Overall it was a good experience here.

I had booked 2rooms- 418 and 420. Rooms are too compact for 2ppl. Dinner buffet food was not tasty, chinese food was literally watery. Since, it was raining and weather was cold. They could have kept warm food. But we got cold food to eat. Morning breakfast spread was good and tasty. Hygiene- pest control in rooms is must. We could see black ants and mosquitoes in rooms as well as in bathroom. That’s too irritating. Pls look into it. On high priority. Overall a ok ok stay. Thank you

Location: on main road of lonavala city food: decent buffet spread for dinner & breakfast, taste wise also good pool: rooftop with great view & large size, but too much chlorinated. Room: big size, beds comfortable, linen clean, refrigerator/tea maker/tv working. Ac very good bathroom: water pressure good, hot water 24x7, bath amenities of five elements provided, hair conditioners not provided so do not forget to carry your own. Overall stay was good and comfortable

Property is beautiful, breakfast was amazing, i did stay in there's standard king as well as deluxe king room, but standard king room was much better than deluxe. Property seem to be understaff, but all staff members are very sweet and helpful. Loved rooftop and huge swiming pool. I really enjoyed pool time and relax time on roof time. But pool need maintenance as water was not clean. I wish to give 5 / 5 to the property but they have scope of improvement.

The stay was pleasant. They have a great breakfast, so i can assure you booking with breakfast is one option to definitely consider. They have 24x7 kitchen services which is great. The rooftop area is a great place to spend quality time at.

Hotel was quiet good, we stayed there for 1 day, staff was really good specially the nirmala mam she helped us and guided us about everything which we ask her, nice Regenta SGS Greenotel - Lonavala like to visit once again

Overall great stay, comfortable rooms and very neat and clean bathrooms. Food quality is also good. However there was a frequent powercut but they do have backups.

The place is clean and hygine and is very safe and excellent, i came there for my official work and will be coming there frequently now and will stay there only definitely
