Hotel staff mainly their manager is very disgusting.. just dont know how to behave with their guest! Never going to visit again to this place

Food was average, room are average no pool. 2000- per day is good but they charge more. Rooms are clean.

The ambiance is room are good with best view, but the staff was little arrogant, if i have to book the same hotel then that is only for the purpose of view of beach.

So we stayed at this location for good 3 to 4 days on the fourth day i just asked the staff to let me check out an hour late but they was so rude during the check out because you are not staying there anymore so they were like no you have to leave on time because we have new people coming in but so from so many days while i was there all the rooms were available around me so how come that day itself he had someone to come in and i was asking in because my cab was coming in any two taking a while all the four days i did not ask the staff to even come and do the cleaning because we kept the room according to us the cleanest for the remaining days you are staying so yes we never bother them nothing at all but they just couldn't you know wait for another some more time so that we could take out they would like you can bring your bag outside and keep it but then the point is it was so hot it's only hot it's summer time and had my cat with me a person get so that was really rude of them to not understand in this situation is good but the staff is very rude.

Sir we are not allowed pet our room's and specifcally we are mention in our mmt site also so how can you keep that pet in our room's witout our permission and one more thing in room you are smoke gaanja, you have any idea atleast you should ask hotel staff pets allowed ya not allowed and one more thing our room staff come to clean that room's but you told him our room is clean we don't need room clening, now we anderstand you why you are not clean your room's because in room you are smok ganja and witout our permission you keep pets in our hotel room and you smoke gaanja and for your kind information that room's non smoking atleast you should ask first room smoking allowed ya not allowed but and for your kind information our check out time is 11 am if we have room free so its okey but in that day our room are booked so what is that staff mistake alrady staff also told you your luggage you can keep out side and they can clean the room's beacuse we have onther check in so what is staff mistake in that
