Relax Inn, Matheran

The Relax Inn, Matheran caretaker and owner Khalid along with Sujeet were very friendly and welcoming. It felt like home to be there. He even guided us with the tour places and let us keep our luggage in the storeroom after checkout so that we could roam the market. What I really like about the Relax Inn, Matheran is 1) Location near to the market because of which we could roam outside till 11 pm feeling safe. 2) Budget rooms 3) Friendly and trustworthy Staff 4) WiFi connection because Jio has no network in Matheran. What I didn't like and would suggest as improvisation is 1) Fresh bedsheets because the prints are become old because of which they look worn out and dusty 2) The utilities need to be serviced like a geyser, Bathroom vents, AC Vents (they were dusty). Overall it was a pleasant and budgeted stay. Will visit the Relax Inn, Matheran back again only for the staff hospitality :)

The room was nearer to Matheran railway station. The area of the Relax Inn, Matheran was not that good. The bedsheets and towels provided here were not perfectly clean we had to change those. Washroom is pretty good. They will provide towels but you should carry your own, they provide a small soap bar and a shampoo sachet. Bathroom is well maintained, but the geyser timing is 7am-10 Am only. Tv was not that good. Blanket was cleaned. The staff Devender was very helpful. You can ask him to bring anything you want. The menu of Alankar restaurant is in the room that's quite good. The food provided was delicious and value for money. The best about the room was I had taken a room opposite to entrance direction my room window opened to the hill view, I could feel and see cloud entering the room. That was awesome.

Since I never been to guest houses, this is first experience to have they arrange an pick from nearest local point, he is humble and cooperative, even though guest house dont have mess but the service boy will be available to take your order and get it prepared from one of best restaurant Alankar in Matheran. Will suggest all whoever read give a try once at Relax Inn. As it provide everything on call. Rest Mr. Shaikh is truly cooperative.

The ambiance of Relax Inn, Matheran is good and is located at a very convenient place and located in a peaceful locality. Even most of the points are at walk able distance. Emergency facilities are also available nearby. The service was good and the Relax Inn, Matheran has a very supportive staff. Although didn't like the taste of the food, rest everything was superb.

I have witness nice stay at Relax Inn at affordable rate. Few things can be improved to increase guest pleasant stay like providing AC remote in all rooms, keeping soap, shampoo well in advance ext. Overall nice stay, good gesture and help by manager khalid bay and helper nitin.

Mr. Khalid was very kind, helping in case anything needed like extra bed, pillow, etc. Provided free wifi. Even though there is no restaurant in Relax Inn, Matheran, you can order food from a nearby restaurant. Food was good.

Very nominal rates, safe Relax Inn, Matheran, freindly staff, close to matheran station & market. As we had reached late by 5 pm, they permitted us for late check out. The hospitality of the manager incharge was very good.

The location is good. Visiting points is easily accessible from Relax Inn, Matheran. The caretakers both the boys are good to talk n every time ready for any help. Easily accessible from parking point of Matheran.

As per location good near the railway station and market place. As for food services were available and restaurant also not far away. Our room was clean and safe standards.
