Good stay. New hotel, maintained well. Somewhat close to the temple, around 7 minutes walk. I would say the food is above average, and can be improved.

Subject: Feedback on Unpleasant Experience at Renai Sreekrishna Hotel I stayed at Renai Sreekrishna for one day, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bath towel provided in the room got a light stain from my hair color during use. Instead of handling this situation professionally, the hotel staff informed me that I would have to purchase the towel because of the stain. I was charged ₹320 for it, which I found unreasonable, as such minor discoloration can easily be cleaned through regular laundry procedures. Hotels of this standard are expected to have clear policies regarding linen damage or stains caused by normal use. Usually, guests are not charged unless the item is permanently damaged or unusable. However, in this case, the staff insisted on the payment without any proper explanation or reference to the hotel’s official policy. The way the issue was handled lacked courtesy and understanding. The staff could have assessed the situation better, offered an alternative solution, or at least explained the hotel’s rules clearly before charging me. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope the management reviews this policy and trains the staff to deal with such situations more empathetically and professionally.

Nice stay. The staffs were extremely courteous and neat and clean property. Ample parking facility. 6-7 walking required to reach temple.

The receptionist behaviour was terrible. He was acting like a police inspector than receptionist. Checking process was hectic and disturbing.

Location is very near to East Nada. Also one can reach South Nada by auto, which are readily available in front of the hotel. Food is excellent. Kerala Vegetarian meals are excellent. Vegetarian North Indian dishes are also available.

Renai Sree Krishna was a refreshing stay as compared to similar older hotels which are dilapidated and not well maintained.Service was excellent for families travelling with young children. Its rare to find such pleasant hospitality in the temple town of Guruvayoor in my visit over couple of decades and 100’s of stay across multiple hotels
