This was my second time to the property, last visit i had a feedback on room amenities they had a note of that. On my recent visit i was given a room upgrade and high floor. It was a lake view room and clean, hygienic. I had booked a deal for dinner and breakfast with stay. Good variance on food, desserts are best to eat here. Chef had visited us during breakfast hour for feedback on our stay, on knowing that we are checking out they came with a see you cake, made a nice moment for me and my mother. Thanks to chef sandeep. Staff members sahil, kush, atharva & sanket. Hospitality has been 10/10 throughout. Thanks to manager nikhil, who gave us a complete great experience at stay. Overall 10/10 experience.

Location is nice. However, despite my request for a proper lake facing room, i did not get one. All i could see from the bed was a small bit of the lake, marsh and buildings. Food was okay. I ordered a pasta for lunch but had the most terrible stomach ache & stomach upset post that. Breakfast was decent the next morning. Room is nice and comfortable though the bed was a bit high and the sofa a bit low. All in all, one stay is good enough. Maybe, if i had the proper view from my room, i would spend a good amount of money the next time too. My best-est part of the stay was interacting with rohan and carlton at nawab saheb restaurant and the mocktails they served were made to my taste. 2 wonderful people.

When we arrived on nova 16th evening we were welcomed by the westin staff with a smile and a drink. We were es-cored to our room by a staff who settled us in he wonderful double king bed room explaining all the amenities. The breakfast spread everyday was amzing. The staff courteous and served us instantly. When my 1 yaer old grandson came to see me with my daughter we wore thrilled and the bay was given comlimentary meal. The medical conference i attended was also well organized and food fantastic. This is my lifetime stay which i and my wife will cherish for ever. Food cost is optimal. The room service and house keeping awesome. Like to visit again.

I had visited this property in 2014 when it was still called the renaissance. From over a year it is called westin. I had booked a standard king room hill view and was upgraded to the king room lake view upon arrival. I reached westin at about 2:15 pm and after completing all the check in formalities was in the room by 2:30 pm. There were a few weddings, sangeet and engagement parties in the various indoor and outdoor party venues offered by the The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake. Lake view cafe offers good food all day round and even excellent choice of breakfast from 6:30 am to 11:30 am. Overall a very refreshing and rejuvenating experience.

The check-in process was good and quick, the room was fine, view wasn't great. There were few things missing which are essential like glasses to drink water, bathroom complete kits. Only water bottles were kept. What is very evident by most of the staff members across the The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake is additional attention to foreigners and not equal attention to indians. The way they greet the way they handle everything is quite evidently different. Am sure we pay an equal price and taking care of everyone equally is something the hospitality industry are trained for. My observation and suggestion!

We were three colleagues. We were supposed to attend a conference. Venue was extremely beautiful. Breakfast was really good. Very nice and helpful staff especially mr nikhil kotiyal, front desk manager was extremely courteous and helpful. He gave his personal number in case we needed any help. We had to do very early morning check out and mr nikhil was ready with a packed breakfast for us. All facilities including gym and swimming pool excellent. I will strongly recommend this place and i would like to visit if opportunity arises. Wish mr nikhil best of luck.

The welcome we received at westin powai was excellent to say the least. We were greeted with smiles and the check-in experience was absolutely smooth. They gave us an upgrade as well on the room and the entire accommodation was in perfect condition. The staff is courteous and helpful. The only downside was that the room service was not prompt and we had to follow up with them a few times before we received it. But overall, the stay was an absolute delight. We will recommend this The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake for sure!

The property was so beautiful and the lake view from room was just breath taking. The staff was so polite and helpful and always smiling. Loved the breakfast buffet. The dinner buffet for veg could be better. Overall just loved the property and had a very pleasant and relaxing stay

One of the pleasant property in mumbai, with a beautiful lake view, and large lake facing swimming pool and the best part of the pool is that it is functional till 11 pm. Along with pool a lake view cafe make it a perfect place to spend good time with family in summer

We were 3 couples looking for a great staycation experience but wanted to avoid long travel and traffic. Westin powai provided us the exact experience we were looking for at the best price

It was a dleightful stay, new e wing is uber fresh, best view in mumbai, lovely servuce by arpit, james, prashant and bhaskar and deloghtdul special touches made it one of thr most wonderful stays. The food is also delightful. Lakeview cafe offers wide variety and good tasty spread for breakfast. Wheres my discount ?

It was wonderful stay at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake westin, the staff is extremely helpful. Prompt in service, well mannered polite and kind the property is well maintained and beautiful. The food is. Well laid out with loads of variety that suits all the guests. The staff goes out of the way to make the guest feel happy and nice.

Very nice experience, courteous staff. The mini bar fridge was not working but upon telling the same, they changed it immediately. Seamless checkin and checkout processes.
