Terrible Stay
Unsatisfied Stay at Renetest Thirupathi – Not Worth Calling a 3-Star Hotel I recently stayed at Renetest Thirupathi and had a highly disappointing experience. To start with, there is no proper parking facility, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers. The hot water provided was barely warm, definitely not what you expect when paying for a comfortable stay. Basic amenities like a dental kit were not provided, and the rooms themselves were very small. The cupboard was tiny and had a broken hanging rod, making it practically unusable. The interior design of the room was very average, nowhere close to 3-star hotel standards. Even the lift was extremely small and operated very slowly, adding more . The door handles were loose and poorly maintained, and the in-room phone did not work at all—it seemed to be kept only for display since there were no reception, housekeeping, or restaurant contact details available. The restaurant food was average, and despite ordering a simple lunch, it took almost 30 minutes to serve. Throughout the stay, the staff appeared very casual and slow, showing no of urgency or concern for customer service. I also want to highlight something important about Manager . About two months ago, he had responded to a customer’s feedback claiming that improvements and actions were being taken. However, during my stay, it was clear that no improvements were actually made. Instead of making promises , it would be much more meaningful if the management focused on real improvements that customers can experience. Overall, Renetest Thirupathi failed to meet even basic expectations, let alone those of a 3-star hotel. I hope they genuinely work on improving their facilities and service quality rather than just writing responses.

Terrible Stay
Room service is very poor, phones are not working, in spite of multiple calls they are not coming to give anything, I had a stay for 2 days but they were delivering small tea bags and sugar cubes, it was my mistake to stay there.

Overall it's a good experience I had with Renest hotel. Central location Tirumala and Padmavati. Rooms are bigger and clean. Staff is supportive. Breakfast place is good, more clean and quality can be little better.

Poor Stay
The property has a party hall which makes guests staying experience bad. Lack of parking and busy lift . We were allotted room just below party hall and at 3 AM night the people were arranging chairs and other furniture for event making lot of noise and our stay terrible. We couldn’t sleep and had to approach reception to stop such work. Property is at good location but it is mismanaged.

The rooms were very dirty & the restrooms were untidy. I was given room in 2nd floor & the flooring in the room was very dirty

Did not liked it. The images are appealing but the reality is different. Did a mistake of prepaying . Checkout in less than 20mins.

Location was good. Food was also good. Bed and bedding were good. AC was working well. Towels were near and clean. Staff were well behaved and co operative. Overall good.

Location was very good, food was not that great. Buffet breakfast which was included in my suit package was just normal. Dishes were very less, Idly was very big and thick, no proper fruits.

Average to good stay
I chekced in at around 7pm. In house restaurant food was good. Morning complementary breakfast was pathetic. They dint allow me for guaranteed 3hrs delay checkout, only gave 1 hour. Rooms were good.
