You are likely to get confused by the Hotel with the same name on the Exhibition road which is more easily accessible. Located in a congested place. Food was homely and staff were good but not worth what you paid.

very cooperative and humble staff. Neat and well managed room and bathroom. Prompt response from room service and front desk for all queries and services.

very bad staff behaviour. water they are selling 30rs per bottle with gst. room stuff was not properly working. all were broken or in bad situation

Hotel is in the centre of the bazaar. It is an old cinema hall converted to a hotel, on the 5th floor of the new mall like building with commercial establishments

Room no 229, that was provided to me where no windows attached with the room for cross ventilation. At 10am morning you will feel like night. Room service is very poor, need to give reminders over phone call in every 15-20mins. Payment only up i and no card accepted.

The hotel stay experience was nightmare. This hotel is situatedin extremely busy market where you will not able to book any cab. The price of hotel is extremely high.

Tarrif is very high. Does not match with the amenities and facilities. Size of the room very small dining space not upto the mark not very hygienic location not convenient needs lots of improvement

Rooms were small and south indian food sub standard. Also the extra bed charges that you all charged was below standard

Terrible experienced even cleaning was notnott, staff charged for water bottles, price was not justified
