Residence Retreat | 1-Bhk Apartment Near DLF Cyber City

A new property in a good location near the gachibowli junction, in the road parallel to the old mumbai highway. The studio included an air conditioned bedroom with a twin bed, single wardrobe, a wall mounted table with chair. The drawing room had a double seater sofa and coffee table. The flat screen tv did not work and the set top box was tata sky if i remember correctly because i did not use either. The open kitchen had a mid size fridge, induction cooktop, a few basic utensils (not washed properly, two dinner plates, two water glasses, a utensils. There was no means of heating water for coffee / tea and i had to ask them for a vessel for the same. They give you a single bottle of water and additional bottles are chargeable. Each floor has a water dispenser with hot and cold water. The dining area is on the ground floor. I used that only for a couple of cups of tea. There are various small eateries nearby including a new bakery with coffee. There are good restaurants on the old mumbai highway a few minutes' walk away. Overall, a decent place to stay at this price point.

I have booked a bhk type. The rooms very very new and clean. Not centralized ac (only bedroom had ac. The bedroom had a double bed and working chair table. The hall had small sofa and tv. Tv remotes were not working properly. The kitchen had medium size fridge and very few cooking utensils and one induction stove with which you can prepare easy foods(i didn’t try cooking though). There was a balcony to dry clothes. Didn’t see any washing machine. Water dispenser at each floor. Hotel had very few menu. They allow outside food. There were too many pg and hostels nearby. Location is very good for it company visitors located in gachibowli. Cons: no visitors allowed other than guests(strict policy) even during day time - which i feel silly. This rule must be different from service apartments and hostels. Wifi speed was not that good. Cleaning was done daily. Lifts were automatic and good. Parking space available for your own car or bike. Room locks were manual and could use peep hole.

A very pleasant stay in the residence retreat service apparment in hyderabad. Very clean and well maintained drawing cum dining, bed room, kitchen, bathroom in a apartment. Very good staffs and complimentary breakfast also good. Meals can be prepared in the kitchen. Kitchen can be improved with more utensils for smooth preparation of different items.

I stayed for 2 weeks with my family. The apartment and the staffs are good and the service was excellent. Our family enjoyed the stay here. The kitchen had only few utensils and upon request they gave me few more. Daily roomcleaning and the staffs were good too.

My stay in this Residence Retreat | 1-Bhk Apartment Near DLF Cyber City was excellent in terms of food and service. The rooms and washrooms were also clean. However, i didn't find a stove or induction in kitchen. Overall, the experience was positive.

Room - the room was maintained properly and it was very clean. Hygiene- 100% clean food - call and order what u want to eat. Tasty food and customised as per your needs. Best tea they make & serve in hyderabad.

Awesome stay maintained cleanly could be more better if mirrors provided in bedrooms, kitchen well cleaned bathroom was hygienic, staff were very cooperative, clean bedsheets completely awesome stay had.

Had a best experience on my stay, the only problem is they don't have mirror in bedrooms rather than that everything is good feels like home.

Very clean rooms they only have few options in breakfast but good in taste, staff are friendly and helpful.
