Property is at Heart of Camp area and quickly reachable to eating joints. Room were neat and clean. Towels were fresh. House keeping and Room service acted fast on the requests. Breakfast was with limited items but rest was very good.

Everything about the club was good. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. The food was tasty, and even the breakfast was enjoyable. The cake shop was also selling items at very reasonable rates. There was ample parking space. I didn’t use the other facilities, but based on the overall experience, I assume they would also be up to the standard.

Our stay at Residency Club, Pune was very comfortable. The location is convenient, being close to the railway station and situated in a good locality. It was also appropriate for us as we had a get-together at Hotel Sheraton nearby. The food was delicious, especially the buffet we enjoyed in the afternoon. The property is spread horizontally rather than vertically. There is ample seating in the reception area, along with a large open space and sufficient parking facilities.

Would appreciate the services of the staff, has an immaculate gym facility, great food and restaurant ambience. I had stayed in a super delux room wherein the room was dirty, even basic hygiene was not maintained as could find old and dirty and dusty stuff everywhere. Even the bed sheets and linen were not clean. The hotel was not able to provide me the basic housekeeping stuff like moisturiser and that was really surprising for me. Overall would rate 3/5.
