Room and bathroom were very clean. Cleaning staff did regular cleaning and was very well mannered. Entire staff, especially the waiters at the restaurant were very helpful and cordial. Breakfast was complimentary and dinner was made available. Both were super delicious and had many options to choose from. Our entire stay was very comfortable and makemytrip made it a hassle free process as well. Mostly buisness associates attending conferences stayed at the Residency Hotel Andheri so it's understandable why it's kept in so proper. Would 100% recommend to people wanting to stay near andheri and vile parle region.

Excellent location close by airport. Friendly & helpful staff. Rooms were very clean & tidy. Beds were comfortable. Executive room bathrooms were bit small but not to our surprise. as Food is very nice. Authentic Indian food. Comfortable Airport pickup & drop service was provided exactly as requested. Only need little more attention to amenities.

Everything was good the staff were friendly the bell boy helped carry my suitcase to the room, the breakfast buffet was really tasty, beds were nice and comfy only tiny issue was that they took a while to set up the extra mattress that we had requested

Property is good, rooms are clean. Food is ok. Location is not so good. On the given date i found tariff quite expensive. Ideally 5k to 6k is right tariff. Paid around 2x
