A Paradise Retreat – An Unforgettable Experience We recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort and I must say, it was an experience of a lifetime. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The resort itself is breathtaking. The views are nothing short of spectacular. The beautiful lake and woods around added to the beauty of the place. Our room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable bedding to the clean and hygienic bathroom. Waking up to the lake view with the stormy rain clouds and the chirping of the birds did it for us. The dining options were also good. Every meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and a menu that catered to all tastes. The resort offers a wide range of activities, from spa, nature walks , hiking to simply relaxing by the pool. There’s something for everyone, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience. What truly sets apart is the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. They were always available to assist with any request, big or small, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in everything they did. The best staff we liked are Aaqif, Manish Singh, Vinod Kumar , Hamid ,Sonu Kumar, Debnath and room service staff Aayush and Inzamam. In conclusion, Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just a place to unwind, this resort offers it all. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already planning our return. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a quiet, surreal and unforgettable experience.

Its a good property with all facilities that you would possibly be looking for in a resort, especially in the mulshi location 1. Excellent rooms with panaromic lake view, each of the rooms have a private balcony with a nice view of the lake. They grand view rooms are new with modern facilities, the panaromic view rooms are at an elevation, with a panaromic view, but this is the old part of the property. We stayed in the panaromic view rooms. The rooms were clean and well kept with facilities like in room refrigerator, extra bed, couch, cupboard and set of drawers to store everything that you can possibly bring. 2. Staff, may it be the room service, reception, restaurant, facilities are courteous, polite and serve you to the best of their abilities. 3. Cliff restaurant: is the highlight of this place. Best chinese, indian, continental is extremely tasty. Fish dishes were super fresh and completely blew my expectations. 4. Great sports and recreation facilities: they have a decent size pool for adults, an attached pool for kids + one even for the toddlers. There is a good pool side seating that overlooks the lake, and their celebration grounds. They have other facilities like carrom, table tennis, pool, fusball, volleyball, mini soccer, enough to keep you engaged. 5. They also have family activities with a dedicated person. They have tambola, trekking, forest walk, lake walk and even arrange a day picnic for very nominal fees. 6. They also have a spa, but we did not have the time to try it out. But i inquired and the rates were super nominal. This is perhaps for next time. Overall a great facility, clean, well kept, lots of trees to provide for shade, large open area for activities

I recently stayed at Residency lake with my family over the weekend, and it was a mixed experience. The resort is located in a picturesque area, offering stunning panoramic lake and mountain views, which was the highlight of our stay. We chose the panoramic lake view room, the most expensive option, and were not disappointed by the breathtaking scenery. The room itself was neat and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff was friendly, but the service was slow, which dampened our overall experience. Additionally, the food options were quite limited, which was disappointing given the otherwise excellent setting. On a positive note, the resort offers a variety of activities to keep both adults and children entertained. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and our children had a great time at the children's park. There are also indoor and outdoor activities available, catering to a range of interests. In summary, while the location and room quality at residency lake are commendable, improvements in service speed and food variety would greatly enhance the overall experience. If you're looking for a beautiful and serene getaway, this resort is a good choice

Stayed at this resort for two days over a weekend. Pros excellent room, quite spacious. The bathroom is near and clean. Best part is the 20ft wide balcony overlooking the mulshi lake where you can sit and chill and have some drinks tea or food. The amenities are well maintained, large play area for kids. Swimming pool is of decent size. Took a walk along mulshi lake. They also offer jungle safari though i did not use it. Cons food is okay in taste not so delicious. B/f spread is also limited and not so yummy in taste. The ala carte options are available very slow service, need to give reminders. Even an order of tea can take 10 mins to one hour depending on who is taking the order and your luck. Once ordered masala peanuts and chicken lollpop items and after one hour they delivered only peanuts and when questioned it was told that it was not available. What i did not like they did not even bother to inform. Recommend for weekend leisure feedback for the resort. Please improve on the hospitality aspect, promptness in service is required. Also please work on the food quality and variety especially for room service. Rest all things are best

Rooms were fabulous. Rooms view cleanliness were up to the mark. We had great experience with room service and housekeeping staff. They were well trained with their duties. In these 3 days and 2 nights stay the experience with restaurant staff is not very satisfactory. We always used to hunt for staff who would at least pay attention. After a minimum of 4 reminders, they used to give whatever you had ordered or you want to order. Food taste is not at all great. At times, we didn't receive food orders even after showing enough patience. For instance in the morning brekfast i order egg omlete and i waited almost 20 min till that time my family member had their food already then in next 15 minutes i was waiting for ketchup and i ended without ketchup. I will suggest kindly go to the nearby restaurants for your lunch and dinner. The stay is superb, and amenities are also only except the restaurant.

Food: Exceptional with a diverse breakfast buffet, delightful rooftop dining, and prompt room service. Amenities: Well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, clean outdoor pool, reliable Wi-Fi, and excellent business facilities. Service: Attentive, friendly, and prompt staff. Helpful concierge and thorough housekeeping. Overall: Exceeded expectations with luxurious rooms, prime location, delicious food, extensive amenities, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for business or leisure stays.

overall good. food ordered in the room is good. Service is lax and needs lot of improvement. Breakfast buffet has always been bad, limited options, quality and taste not at all good even for basic dishes like Idli nd Dosa. they don't seem to do any improvement on this for a long time. Staff needs to be trained better. Swimming pool is good, and property is big. Check in time was 1 pm before but for this booking it was 2pm on a weekday so that's bad. check out 11am is fine. Only if they came improve breakfast it is 5 stars. Don't have breakfast buffet here, rather order Ala Carte which I'm assuming would be good or step outside for a 2 mins drive on the right to have outside at Roadside restaurant.

Residency Lake resort is really good place to stay, we stayed there with family and my two daughters has enjoyed a lot, there are lot of activities to play for kids and adult also and for Sr.citizens can enjoyed. All the amenities has maintained with lot of hygiene care has taken. Rooms are more specious and well organiser good interiors in room. Room view from balcony can see lake water 💧. Play ground and greenery garden will make you feel peace and happy. Overall our family stay was really very nice. All the staff members are co operative, food quality is good. We had taken spa,which feels me streess relief and staff also professional. We definitely visit again whenever we get chance. Thanks.

Rooms are good. The view of lake from the room is exquisite. The food is good. Service is quite good. There’s play area for kids, carrom, tt, fuss ball, pool table and chess as well. Swimming pool is good too.

The location of the resort was great and the cottage had great view of mulshi lake the evening felt like pleasant food quality was also great, room cleanliness and overall place hygiene was excellent.

Property is good. Newly constructed rooms are with good n upgraded amenities. Old constructed rooms have good natural river view. Food quality is good and tasty. Service is also available on call.

Very nice view of mountain and lake, good food, good play area for kids everything is good. Only one problem i faced there that is water supply in bathroom. Many time water wasn't there so i hd to complain abt it.

Was a two night trip. The location is awesome and provides a great view. Resort has good space and good game area. Food was also delicious. Overall a very relaxing experience. Staff was also polite and helpful.
