Resort De Alturas

The rooms were ok but many insects like cockroach and ants were roaming around in the cupboard and on the floor. Also there was a live centepede in the toilet/bath room roaming around. fortunately we did not get bit but it was scary as hell... Not a pleasant stay by any means. Food was ok and swimming pool was bit dirty and water was not replaced even after three days stay...

We were 9 people. Booked 3 rooms which were with special mention of two separate beds(1 double and 1 single). we were given rooms with one double bed and were supposed to get an extra mattress. Upon contacting mmt manager convinced to add extra bed. And this bed was an iron bed. they had given us rooms in some B block which were very inconvenient to access. Very poor room service. After multiple calls to room service and mmt, we were provided extra beds. TV units were not working. one room had water on the floor Overall not at all worth the cost and name This is for sure not a 4 star property.

Firstly, this resort should be black listed by MakeMyTrip. Rooms are very old & dingy, bedsheets& bed are smelly. The washrooms haven’t been cleaned at all, no toilet papers in washroom. There was pungent smell emancipating from everywhere. Breakfast was really horrible with food not cooked even properly. The pool was no better, no discipline maintained. Anyone with even jeans shorts could get into the pool. Upon everything the hotel allows large group of men who are spread in groups everywhere which makes it very uncomfortable for family to stay. Overall a very terrible experience. Donor recommend for anyone at all !!!!!

Excellent. Truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming soon. Staff Lakshmi, sohail, shristi, Gopi from front desk were excellent and kind.

Property’s location is good, but the amenities and services are so poor. It is worse than a 2 star hotel - all trash cans were uncovered and overflowing, the balconies were unclean and full of cigarette ends & ash, the bathtub was so dirty it felt like a scene from a horror movie. This is not a 4star hotel, it should be stripped of its status.

Rooms were good and clean. Food and room service was fine. But the hospitality, tone of managers talking to us was so argumentative. Very bad parking place. Makemytrip said breakfast included but when we went there they said no breakfast was included. Total scam.

This hotel should not be in mm t list of hotels. Starting from check in, experience is bad. Front desk staff are rude and unwelcoming. Lift is only for 4 people. House keeping staff are untrained and clumsy. Room and bathroom was having stains and sadly the all staff including dine in restaurant were reflecting those stains in the behavior too.

Good property, decent food - great staff - however not at walking distance to candolim beach but to sinquerim beach

Food is good, location is ok ok, but room allotments is not proper because we have come with family and they are giving room in where bachelor are stay. We have requested to change room but they are changing room after two days. Other services are good

Yes. Due to swimming area on entrance, entrance is not clean and un hygienic all day, room service is slow

Room condition was pathetic. Fungus and foul smell. House keeping very poor. Complmentary breakfast lack of variety. Not a place to stay.

Resort has been best. This was our second visit. Little bit disappoint bcoz pool is not working as baby was feeling excited for swimming. Overall best experience

Hotel room is very clean and hygienic. House kipping and staff are very cooperative. Room amenities and toiletries are very good. Buffet breakfast is owsome. Overall very good experience.

We came around 12 in the night on 24 may. Although the restaurant at the hotel was closed but still you will get the zomato delivery and restaurant's nearvresorts to be open till 4 in the morning. The stay was smooth and they will book the taxi to the airport but will rake an additional charge

I stayed there from 22 may to 25 may. My overall experience was disaster. I booked room we found pics were good but when we reached there it was all opposite to what we saw vThere was very bad smell in the room and it was very suffocating. Toilet was smelling like the public toilet. Shower door was completely broken and stuck. The furniture was broken. After seeing this we called customer care to cancel our booking and make a refund but hotel management refused saying once the payment is done it can't be cancel-led and we would not get a refund. They provided us with a different room but the condition was the same. There were cigarettec wrappers lying on the floor and in bathroom from previous visitors when we entered the room. Seems cleaning staff is not paying attention. Curtains were broken and hanging. Wc in toilet was broken and tilted. Pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty and seemed not changed for weeks. No power backup present at the property, electricity was fluctuating. Worst experience and waste of money.

Service was bad, they were taking a lot of time to serve tea. More than 30 mins for just tea. Room service was also bad. Overall not a good experience.

Booked there higher category room upon check in the rooms condition was terrible the room smelled pathetic nothing as compared to the pictures. I asked the front seat to move my room. They moved me to lower category room which was very nice.
