It was an average hotel good for 1 or 2 days stay

Property was very good. Location of the property is 20km before shimla. It was a silence place. Special area for kids game zone. Staff was very co-operative. Food was delicious. Recommended

The hotel rooms were clean, the food was good but expensive. Having ample parking space. On the main highway, the location is good. Overall a good experience.

Pathetic service by hotel, provided a filthy room initially then when asked to change they said MMT gives us very little money,book directly from next time

The hotel staff especially the serving staff is very rude. They have a major attitude problem. They don't know the basics of hospitality. I would request the property owner to kindly educate your staff with the basics of hospitality. They should be polite and humble to the guest at any cost. Regarding food, it was very tasty. Regarding room, it was neat and clean. Regarding kids area, the swings and rides were not clean as it was having spider web everywhere. The location is fine.

The restaurant staff has a major attitude problem, specially the serving staff. They are very rude. They treat you like as slaves i.e. Guest doesn't matter to them. They don't know the basics of Hospitality. The golden rule of hospitality is Polite and Humble behavior. I request the property owner as well as the Manager to kindly educate your restaurant serving staff. They literally insult the guest and I really felt embarrassed by their illiterate behaviour. Regarding Room, it was completely fine. Please consider my feedback on priority if you really want us to visit again. Moreover, it will help you improve your Services. Kindly take it seriously and on high priority. You should always respect your Guests and not insult them. I am again reiterating that "Be polite and humble" with your guests. Kindly work on your Behaviour/Attitude problem. Location is fine. There were big mouse in the kitchen which can be seen from the outside of the kitchen. I Informed the serving boy but he ignored. There was no reaction. Please don't play with the health of the guests. The kids area was clean but the rides and swings were not clean. There was a spider web on each ride. I again request the property owner to kindly work on my feedback. It will definitely help you grab more online bookings else it will destroy the image of your resort. The location was pretty, price was decent, however the linen in the room was dirty. Food was 3.5/average. Overall stay was 3.5/5. The service could be better as well as the rooms upkept.

Beware if they have less people in hotel they will in breakfast do alacart and serve u once if u ask them for another tea or coffe they will charge u. And a separate menu will be show cp plan in which its. Bhim singh ji has its own hotel menu food is good

I stayed in a room and there was party going on in the bar but the party was till late night and sound was very high. Upon complaint to reception they told me that they will offer another room to me but denied to lower down the volume of dj. My kids were disturbed. Very terrible experience

the hotel was very clean and hygienic. the room was beautiful and well maintained. hotel staff for room service and and other was very polite and mannered. we really liked the facilities provided in the room. we loved the stay. mmt is best.. nothing more .. i really like the convenience provided by make my trip in booking everything for the trip. i have been using mmt since last 5 years. and i'm not typing these reviews for any discount. its purely based on my happiness because i really liked the stay and services. and mmt is doing absolutely great ..it has made it easy for people like us to manage the transport, stay and everything.. 👍. good job u guys.
