Resort Eutopia, Shimla

Positive facts kids play zone, open roof top restaurant, daily breakfast is so delicious, ample parking available, house keeping, peaceful and calm environment beyond the crowd, greenery everywhere. Negative facts we paid good but they provided so ordinary room, room was so congested, even we are not comfortable on bed with 2 kids, it was so small in size, no ventilation in the room and bathroom, no welcome drink or mineral water bottles are provided by Resort Eutopia, Shimla in rooms, some guests are allowed to take drink in open outside the rooms where families are stayed in next room, we felt so embarrassed there to come and go before them. Location is so far Around 20 km from mall road, it took 1 hour to reach to mall Road. Overall we enjoyed there.

Excellent attitude of staff. Great location. Good service. Good was very tasty. Bit expensive but great taste. Staff was very helpful. Right from waiters to managers, everyone was very helpful. Small shortcomings we saw. No hooks in bathrooms for hanging clothes. Should be provided does not cost much. We had asked for extra bed. The cot provided was with a fixed mattress. There were no extra mattresses on top. The fixed mattress was very hard and had no cushioning effect, although Resort Eutopia, Shimla staff was aware of problem and did the best they could by providing extra quilts and blankets but still it was not very comfortable. The problem should be looked upon and sorted out. Otherwise loved my stay with family not friends over there.

Rooms are good, Resort Eutopia, Shimla located at very nice place. Good views from the terrace however no view of hills from the window of rooms which were allotted to me. It is a high risk step to book the room online as the Resort Eutopia, Shimla management allots the room which has the worst view. People don't go to Shimla for relaxing in the Resort Eutopia, Shimla room and appreciate the walls of room. My take is to have a look at the room first and then book the Resort Eutopia, Shimla. Its better to pay a bit more and get room with proper view instead of paying online and be let at the mercy of Resort Eutopia, Shimla management.

Hotel is a good value for money. Very helpful staff. Free wifi was not provided as mentioned in booking due to some local network work in progress. One hour below mall Road/ridge where almost all tourist attractions are located so inconvenient to travel 50kms every day up and down to do local sightseeing. But overall except location, no issues with the property. And in-fact best property to stay if you are traveling to Shimla in your own private vehicle which you can easily drive in and Around.

We stayed as couple in mid may 2019. Location is perfect. You can Park your car at the Resort Eutopia, Shimla. And you dont need to walk much. Cleanliness is really appreciable. Food is good. A little overpriced but the experience of having food at the terrace compensates for that. Fresh air, mountains in view and courteous staff to serve you. It also has kids area though we dint use it. However most tourist attractions are not in vicinity. So if you want a quiet stay, this is a good place

From my work point of view, it was in perfect location for my family to stay peacefully on the lap of nature, having Shimla just 18 Km away. It is a well maintained Resort Eutopia, Shimla with clean environment. Wish the breakfast was part of the package while booking through Make My Trip. The vintage car and the scooter with side carrier on the side of entrance gate gave us beautiful background for some quick snaps.

Hotel is away from city which makes is noise free. Nice and clean place to stay for couple of days stay and relax. Reasonably good breakfast is available, which is not a full fledged buffet spread, but sufficient. Nice view of the valley from rooms, restaurant and terrace. Fully working Bath room, hot water available all the time. Staff is very friendly and nice. WiFi was not working very well.

Before going to this Resort Eutopia, Shimla I would like to inform the viewers that if you have your own vehicle then only book the Resort Eutopia, Shimla or else it is not worth as it is too far away from the Shimla. And coming to the Resort Eutopia, Shimla, it is a beautifully made place with really excellent rooms and even better facilities. A value for money.

Well maintained terrace overlooking beautiful Valley. Excellent spot to experience sunrise and sunset. The food is good too.

Hotel is located at a perfect location. Around 20 mins away from Shimla. Staff believes in customer service, food is really good and Resort Eutopia, Shimla is very well maintained. Good for family and couples. They got all you need for perfect holiday : good location, food and service
