Very Bad Experience I had a very unpleasant stay. The room had a bad smell as soon as we entered. The bed was too small for three people, and there was no space to add an extra bed. On top of that, the fan speed controller was faulty and the AC remote didn’t work, making the room very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money.

The Rooms were great, all amenities were great as well. The Cooling was perfect. The behaviour of the resort staffs were very polite and have been very helpful. Location was perfect, as it was just adjacent to beach. The foods were very very tasty. Overall it's a wonderful experience.

unclean type room and staff service is very poor quality. our stay didn't make me feel like staying in a resort. it's better to visit digha instead of Mandarmani. food service is also poor, environment was ok ok. better to Avoid this resort in mandarmani

Property location is good. But the food service is very poor. Like we have included breakfast and lunch/dinner option. But the service of food is pathetic. They should visit other hotel or resort how to serve included breakfast service.

Worst experience ever. I booked two rooms. However, despite paying a premium rate, I was not provided with satisfactory rooms. Additionally, breakfast and good service were not offered. Upon checking in at 11:55 AM, I noticed that better rooms were available, but they were not allocated to me. I am disappointed with the service and feel that I did not receive value for the amount I paid.

The only thing good was that it was near to the beach. Rooms were average cleanliness is required.

Property is bit shabby and never justifies the price. Staff are not courteous or helpful. I checked in at night and i was allotted room without any cleaning. In makemytrip i had booked a room with seaview. However no such room exists in the entire property. An exorbitant 20% service charge was levied on our food bill. Room service is poor. Most interestingly they do not accept any card for payment. Ultimately i paid my food bill through qr scanning and i had to remit this to personal account of a hotel staff. Overall the stay was pathetic.

Very good service. Staff behavior is also good. The food is great and delicious. Bathroom and room are also clean.

Very much close & access to mandarmoni beach, having private beach area, not like 3star hotel, but price wise okey.

Food quality was average. Rooms are clean but the location is poor. Main entry of the beach for hotel was closed, the shakes were untidy and not maintained as shown the picture. Food options are limited and moreover you will face issue with parking if you are coming by car

The non ac room was not cleaned properly. There was cockroaches roaming. No soap and shampoo and handwash was given. When we have asked for the same they told that they dont have and we have to but the same. The floor of the ac room was so damped that we need tonwalk with slipers on foot. There was no soap and shampoo inside the washroom.

Location is good, on the main market, though not all the rooms are on the beach side. Rooms are good, service is also good.
