"i recently stayed at the Resort Park Avenue park avenue and had a great experience overall. The highlight of my stay was definitely the exceptional service provided by suman, who was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my entire stay. His attentive and personalized approach made me feel valued as a guest and added a special touch to my visit. In terms of the Resort Park Avenue itself, i found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The location was also convenient for exploring the local area and accessing nearby attractions. The only minor drawback was that the wi-fi signal was occasionally weak or spotty in certain areas of the Resort Park Avenue, but this was a minor inconvenience overall. Overall, i would highly recommend Resort Park Avenue park avenue for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. Thanks again to suman and the entire staff for making my visit a memorable one"

Resort park avenue was a great choice for our goa trip. All the resort staff were well mannered, cooperative, and polite. The room we booked was not so good but the resort staff gave us a suite on a very small additional amount which was really amazing and made our overall trip better. The food facility is good. The resort is in the middle of the market and from here you can visit all the important spots by walk. Calangute beach is only 10 minutes away from it. Overall it was a great stay at resort park avenue. Thanks to all the staff of the resort for making our trip memorable. I would like to give it 4. 5 out of 5 stars.

The suite room looks pretty good which would suit family. Deluxe rooms are a kind of average one which suits for bachelors. The geyser & ac is available round the clock and is in our own control. The staying rooms are pretty configurable with additional beds if required. It is located in a prime location and you get everything around it. Overall i would rate 3. 5/5. But an affordable one in this location. Thank you for keeping our belongings safe!

I took super deluxe room which was good for the stay, other rooms are ok ok as heard. Location was perfect, calangute and baga beach are almost at the same distance. Bike at rent is available just outside, cab available just outside and so is market. Cleanliness was good. They are under renovation right now so there are some difficulties like they were not providing drinking water and no food facilities.

Prime location, just 500 meter away from calangute beach. Spacious rooms. It is 1 bed room, one hall and one attached bathroom. Good for family and couples. Resort staff and management are very helping nature. Tasty foods available in its restaurant. A bar is also available with in this resort. The only thing which i don't like is the resort looks very old and dirty from outside

One of the good budget friendly places to stay with family or group/friends. Food was absolutely yummy, both veg and non veg, location is the best. Walking distance from beaches like calangute and all. Few rooms were small, but overall service and ambience was good. Staffs were really polite and helping. Parking, pool, restaurant dining, and outdoor dining are available.

Location of resort near to calangute beach walkable distance and all shopping market near to this location, swimming pool view is amazing, all necessary item available at walkable distance, specious and clean room staff behaviour of resort is very nice and helpful l overall satisfaction level is very good

I take comfortable stay with family, approach able property, goa is comfortablely enjoy by this, but some amenities is short, so please improve it and also it's swimming pools is clear, food is tasty in lowest prize. Two wheels get easier get her w also

Rooms are well maintained, resort has a pool, private balcony and restaurant. Overall it was a good experience

Room was good to stay and affordable when it is compared to others and location. Nearby baga and calangute beach is the highlight. Only the drawback is the buildings seem to be old.
