Resort Rio

We stayed at Resort Rio in Goa for New Year, and while the property is decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations for the price we paid. The rooms were satisfactory, but the services lacked the polish and efficiency one would expect at this price point. The staff was courteous but seemed overwhelmed during peak times. Food options were limited, and quality could be improved. While the location is convenient, the experience did not feel like good value for money. We hope the resort addresses these concerns to enhance future stays.

Lovely stay with family, quiet resort specifically for december busy period. Lovely facilities nice big pools. Very good food at pickled mango restaurant, manager fransisco is lovely guy and his team of rohit and saurabh catered to all our food needs including children food and were really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with many options. Overall lovely stay and definitely recommended.

We booked ultra luxurious suite and the rooms were very spacious and wonderful service. For 2 persons to stay the room was as big as a flat with balcony too. Garden and the surrounding of the rooms are well maintained. Service staffs did a great job to make our stay comfortable

Property is very good and the Resort Rio staff is superb. Well mannered and good behavioured and their " auro jalsa " restaurant is awesome, we have rajasthan thali their, must try everyone if you love rajasthan food.

Excellent stay as always, courteous staffs always there for you to serve better from last time. Little disappointment with buffet breakfast menu, but every thing gets placed if u order to chef.

Staying in this resort is very good memories, because their rooms are very good and clean also room service is good. I suggest this resort for peace and cleanliness.

Overall experience is good nice property to stay but room quality must be good compare to exterior. Hotel staff is good and helpful

Nice resort, good, and helpful staff, food are very delicious and many choices, all rooms specious and clean.

Good service and rooms but food is very expensive. Almost 30% tax is charged for any food / drinks.
