A very pleasant stay! Rooftop studio in a wooden cottage structure with access to the whole terrace along with the kitchen. Will surely visit again! Had earlier booked a room but then explored the studio cottage and upgraded. Clean, well maintained, hospitable supportive staff. Complete value for money!

we found this property in MMT app and we booked for 5 night.. we are 4 members came for a business trip and the stay was awesome. staff are very friendly n helpful throughout the stay. we felt like we are at home. we upgraded to a cottage RRC on the very next day as the room we took is very small. after shifting to cottage we felt happy.. Thank you so much for the staff and MMT for giving us such beautiful stay in Hyd.🥰

The Hotel is Pathetic and the room . i have checked in at 7 pm on 22nd Oct'25 from night 11 pm i could see water across the bed room and on the floor and again i have checked at 3 am on 23rd Oct'25 the water is filled in the room i am not sure where this is coming from. i have informed the hotel people and they even moped again the water is filled in the room. its a pathetic experience for any customer. i have booked another hotel i have informed the hotel while checking out and they felt sorry but this kind of customer experience will lead to write worst customer experience r i This is a pathetic experience.

location is near to IT park. food is good. Room is clean but not upto the mark. found cockroaches roaming. Bathroom to was stinking with bad odour. There is open drainage system running around so might be its odour is getting in.
