RETREAT CRASSULA OVATA

Location was near the helipad. It was tooo good. I loved it. Food was good but the only thing that they didn’t have fix food menu. We used to walk to lower pelling to have some snacks and momos. Breakfast services and choices were huge and very good.
All staffs were really very good. Food was good but room clean service was not so good. We kept the key to the reception for room cleaning and the manager forgot that. When we returned at evening, we found that the room was not touched at all. Next day we called the manager and cleaning was done. But view was awesome. From our room, kanchanjangha was very clear. Awesome view. Also the bathroom was very good. Overall nice. Best view. We loved it.

Very nice, stay was comfortable, all requirements were met without obligations from staff. Manager Bijoy ensured that we got our food of choice. He went out of the way In arranging some local cuisines. I might not attribute this prompt responses from staff because of off season. I believe they maintain their standard during peak season too. Best view from room. Room was upgraded for a very nominal charge. I liked the way they welcomed each of us with a traditional scarf and also gave us a good luck plant (crassulo ovata)on check out, which my mom was super excited to accept. Looking forward to visit again.

We stayed for four days and considering Pelling more remote compared to Gangtok/Darjeeling. Few things which I liked- It's located just beside Helipad which makes the RETREAT CRASSULA OVATA itself is one of the viewpoints. You get the best view of Kangchenjunga. All staff members are courteous and helpful. The owner and the manager were helpful and friendly. Food is tasty and hygienic. Now there are few cons which can make the RETREAT CRASSULA OVATA better- Food is a bit costly. All rooms do not catch wifi. But overall a great stay and we enjoyed. Stay was very good, location amazing, we got auto upgrade for rooms from Deluxe to one Super Deluxe and one premium. View from the Premium room was amazing, Kanchenjunga appeared very beautiful. Food was good. Room was great with good interior. All rooms have a balcony. Super deluxe ones had Halipad and Mountain view too. It's a walk of 15 min from nearby market or cab - 150. The owner Mr. Narang was very good. He has a travel Agency there too "Let's go" Travels which provides good and reasonable rate cabs for travel and sightseeing.

It's a nice experience to stay at this RETREAT CRASSULA OVATA. I think one of the best RETREAT CRASSULA OVATAs in pelling. The location is great. You can see the ice-caped mountains from your room balcony. Rooms are well furnished with modern amenities. Washroom is big in size. You will be greeted by welcome tea. All RETREAT CRASSULA OVATA workers are polite and helpful. Foods are tasteful and the rate is reasonable. I loved to stay here two days in super deluxe room. I strongly recommend to stay and have a great 'retreat.

The newly built property, barely a month old. The best part of this RETREAT CRASSULA OVATA is the location. Located at upper Pelling, just adjacent to the new helipad. Gives a clear view of Mt Kanchenjunga, from the room. If you are lucky enough to get clear weather, you can enjoy the spellbound view of the Mt Kanchenjunga. The food may be not up to the expectation and costly, keeping in mind the taste. Wifi is limited to lobby only, that too unreliable. May face difficulty due to the power supply issue.

The stay was mostly pleasant with prompt service response. The room had a balcony view of kanchenjunga (though due to fog we couldn't see it during our stay) and is on top of the hill opposite helipad. The buffet was good and reasonably priced. The only problem is hot water as the geyser only sufficiently heats it for one person at a time and takes a lot of time for heating, which we were informed on arrival. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Located at possibly the best spot and highest point in Upper Pelling opposite helipad.Our room had mountain view overlooking Mt. Kanchenjunga although weather was bit cloudy.Big rooms with good facilities. Athough RETREAT CRASSULA OVATA service needs improvement.and room heaters are necessary during November to February to beat the chilling cold at night...In conclusion satisfying experience

The property is a small one but with necessary facilities. Rooms are cozy, staffs are cordial, although a bit slow. Location is superb, it is the topmost point of peiling and offers a 360 degree view. If weather holds you would get a great view of kanchanjanghaa from your balcony.

Rooms are big and only 3 room in a floor. Big area in lobby. Dining area big with buffet food. Nice place to stay. Best kanchanjangha view. Well behavior of staff.

Location is excellent. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Staffs behaviour are not cordial. Food quality is good but costly. View of different peaks are excellent. Service is good but need improvement. It's a very good RETREAT CRASSULA OVATA to stay but rent is so high.

Had a very good experience, location is excellent. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Although there are few things, where they can improve. Stuff at the reception are not very cooperative and their behaviour is not very good. There are lack of communication between the restaurant’s stuff also. Otherwise great experience and highly recommendable to others.

Pelling being a remote location, this RETREAT CRASSULA OVATA is one of the best you can get

I stayed in premium room which has unobstructed view of Kanchenjunga. The rooms don't have a heater, heater rent is at a certain price per night but the heater is small and doesn't heat the room properly. The room also had almost no WiFi signal as they've put the repeater on the floor below but not on the top floor. The service staff was super friendly.
