The rooms are spacious and washroom is also good ,the bed is a on a soft side can be uncomfortable for the people habited with a bit hard beds,the base room comes with a side where there is a school which hosts assembly on mic and can be very disturbing also there are train horn voices in night not very prominent and consistent but it is what it is

not so good not so bad, average food, very limited option in breakfast. at 3 pm not much option to eat. property location is good.

We didn't get to stay in retreat heritage as the hotel was having water related issues. So the manager shifted us to another hotel called the highland resort. The say their in highland resort was good. The rooms were nice and the food was okay

Nice place clean rooms staff is good food is nice location is in middle of city over all very good experience.

Unhygiene washroom

Lot of amenities were missing, provided room was too small. Room service was poor. Breakfast quality was poor.

our stay is very comfortable. everything is managed very properly by the staff..room was clean and neat..but food is little costly..and overall hotel is good 😊

Location was good , but lot of things are there which needs to be improved by them. Service is very poor. Staffs are not well trained. Poor hospitality. Landline not working and no other option to communicate. Alternate number given for room service he is sleeping. Enişte has only 2 Keetle for hot water. Person at reception doesn’t have sense to talk at all.

Good hotel, conveniently located, courteous staff

The experience of the hotel, no plan by the staff, breakfast provided when asked only, reception guy has a very rude behaviour. Dinner and breakfast on package not planned

Room is neat and clean. Bed are comfortable. Washroom is clean. Property is nearby market as well as station. Staff is helpful

Location excellent, food is average, amenities good, service good. Although cable connection was a disappointment but otherwise it is good.

The room were okay, with minimum amenities, than expected and charged. Location is good, within market.

To start with, reached there at 11: 50 am. Got room instantly. Room was small for a family of 4. Was promised a king size bed but was smaller bed. No water in room, tried calling the housekeeping, phone was dead. Had to go out to ask some housekeeper. This was first time i heard sorry from them. They were supposed to give a complementary watter bottle in the room, that they forgot. There was no kit for making tea at room, it's not in their complementary things. In evening when i returned from some outing, ordered for tea and some eatables by my mobile, intercom was still dead and was told that it would be served in 15 mins. After 30 mins i called again enquire, order was not informed to kitchen. This was second time i heard sorry. Again we went out for dinner, returned at 9:30, asked for bottled water and a bed sheet, at reception as i thought it would be better to tell them personally and they informed the housekeeping them and there. Again after 30 mins when i did not get this, i called up the reception through my mobile, this was third time i heard sorry from them. And then got these in next 5 mins. Horrible housekeeping and management. Will not recommend any one to stay there.

Bed sheet are smelling very bad, room is too short, landline is not working, towels are not clean, no toiletries given. overall below average

The service was not good. Rooms were also average.

The hotel is still under construction. Lots of noise of furniture. The hotel i feel is not family friendly. Its for couples and unmarried couple’s. The room we choose was so spoiled. All wiring’s were open. So he gave us family suite. The was unhygienic. Small cockroaches ans lizards was there in room. Which was not safe for us as we were carrying our 9 month old twin babies. My husband needs to fight with the staff to get the things done. Will never visit again such pathetic hotels. And its a hotel not a resort for sure. They need word hard to make it resort. They need to hire professional staff. Make my trip please verify the property before give 4 + rating. We chose hotel as per ratings because we trust mmt. Don’t brake this trust. Otherwise will not go for mmt. This was my second bad experience with mmt. First go through the the review above

It can be better, all the mentioned amenities are there but not well maintained, staffs are cooperative. Food is not so good

Room is ok but no outdoor games also hotel renovation is going on, stafbis ok near from railway station and bus stop, lotbof mosquito there

Hotel is not worth even 1000 rs worst facility even nothing cleaness also not happen room are dirty services are to much slow
