It's a very good resort and in my experience in Jharkhand, it's the best place to stay with family and friends or a couple. It's awesome really 10 mile stone. The resort will complete our tour.

It was a great comfortable place to spend a weekend with family and friends. The behavior of the staff was friendly. There were certain rooms in the basement though without windows and were small. Luckily due to some other customers we got to stay in a room spacious enough with windows. It is really unhealthy to stay in a room like that as it gets claustrophobic. Such rooms shouldn't be kept in a hotel like this. The food though was extremely expensive. The cost of one omelette is huge. Apart from this it is a nice place. There is plenty of open space with a lawn.

As per me, only the location of the 10th milestone resort is good, other than that, the service they provided is not at all good, the gadgets in the room are all very old & not working properly. The room service workers are not cleaning room regularly. The resort never cleaned our washroom. Hence, i am very much disappointed regarding my stay in theis high priced resort. Regards

Rooms were not properly furnished lacked maintenance. Room service was poor as you have to move out of the rooms to order some thing. Electric kettle was present but tea pouches were given later on. Minibar fridge out of order

It was booked as ac deluxe room but it was never mentioned that they are going to give us room at basement. It was horrible there was no ventilation. Lock was not working properly as well commode flush of toilet was not working properly. There was none to hear your complaints if someone hear it but there is no one to resolve.
