Wasnt allowed to check in as the owner said its not available

I was told by the owner of the apartment that the room is not available until will get your refund and as of now theres no refund till date. Please help with the same

Its very sad that u have altered the fact and put it on review. You booked at mid night after 12 and asked for early check in at 8 in the morning, where I informed that there are guest at the premises so won't be able alot a room before your regular check in time . Intact i suggest you cancel it and have offered 100% refund. The screenshot of the same I shared with and also screenshot of chat with make my trip was shared with u conforming that u will get full refund in your bank account within 2-3 days . Have also shared contact details of Make my trip executive here . And the fun fact is after giving this review. You called twice today 5.30 in the morning asking for early check in.

Good Stay

Place is clean and safe. Host is very responsive. Good place for family to stay. Also has high speed internet and a big 65 inch tv. Being a 10th floor flat, has great view. Host can make the experience slightly better by adding an electric kettle and putting fresh bottles of water. There are no eating or shopping places nearby and also no autos available. Hence having these amenities would be very useful. Overall good experience.
