It’s nice stay with affordable price. The rooms are neat and clean. And the best part is car parking. Need improvement in variety of breakfast. Overall good quality hotel.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient place. Rooms are fantastic and spacious! Very neat and clean! Huge bathrooms with clean towels! Dhruba, the caretaker is a gem of a person! Soft spoken, great attitude! Highly recommended hotel in Sivsagar!

Food was average. Quality was normal. There was only was one staff. I didn't got any room service. Room was big. It was neat and tidy. Washroom was clean. There was no wi-fi that was my only issue. I needed it for my office work. Overall it was good experience.

It was a great stay. The room was very clean. No complaints about the staff as well. The staff used to ask what would I have for breakfast at night beforehand to provide a fast and quality service. This was a value for money stay. My stay was during my birthday and I shared cakes with the staff and thanks to there hospitality.

No telephone in the room, short staffed, breakfast is negligible.

Rooms were not well maintained, bedsheets not up to the mark. Bathroom didn't have hot water. Toilet flush was repaired on request as it wasn't working. Still leaking afterwards. Didn't even have clothes hanger in the bathroom. Dustbins were dusty. We left the room after first night even after full payment.
