I did not have a good experience staying at this property. A few key issues: 1. Questionable hygiene: there were cockroaches and spiders crawling on the kitchen platform; 2. The ac in the bedroom started spilling water badly, and then stopped working at night; i had to sleep on the couch in the living area; 3. They refused to store my bag for a few hours after the checkout (my flight back home was in the evening, and suggested that i extend my stay by a day to store my bag with them (the most ridiculous suggestion ever. This is especially bad for business travellers who want to do business meetings through the day, and will fly back in the evening(4) i had to call up the caretaker to ask for wifi details; they can simply hang a signboard in the apartment to avoid any hassles.
