Poor Stay
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay at 1 br service apt in bkc, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations due to several issues with cleanliness and hygiene. In addition to the concerning presence of cockroaches, i noticed used tea bags and cigarette ash left in the room upon my arrival. These issues made the environment feel unclean and uncomfortable, which was disappointing. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any guest, and i believe addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention so necessary improvements can be made for future guests. Thank you for looking into this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you.

for removal of cockroaches we have been doing weekly pest control in the flat, cleaning will be done by housekeeping daily, cigarette ash tray that is new piece kept on table. We keep in mind your suggestions and will do maintain the room very clean to further guests.
