Review Of 21st Floor SkyStudios with Balcony

Damp wall with leaky roof, broken mirror.. broken and hanging switch board . Dirty floor. On the says it has Gym .. But there ain’t any. Forgery at its worst. Glad I could leave immediately and get into another room in the same property. Also with dirty carpet and sofas and doormats. Beware!!

The studio was well lit and freshly painted, as compared to the other studios here it was neat and tidy. The view is perfect, a mix of river and city both. Will book this again.

The staff very friendly listening to us attentively and helping us with our every need. the food was also very tasty and we loved it.

Room is very neat and clean and the view was very amazing mai waha 2-3 bari ja chuka hu last 2 month k andar lekin cleaning mai 10/10 hai ye room

Ive been in this building a lot of times but the view of this unit and cleanliness is crazy. City and river view both.

The bathroom had a broken ceiling, no shower gel or soap was provided, and the AC remote was not working I had to call and get it replaced and yes the same was done by the owner, the room had mosquitoes. not maintained properly not recommended for corporate travelers at all

I stayed there for a night, the studio and the surrounding area was clean. Even the entry procedure was discreet and keyless. Deepesh was there to clean the studio in the evening as well.

Worst experience. Noone was there to accompany. The caretaker was instructing everything on phone . it was really frustrating calling him again and again. The room was really disappointing . Not worth the money . The sheets were dirty, washroom was very dirty, water getting stuck in the bathroom, no tissues , no dental care , no cleanser/shampoo anything . I was waiting for the checkout . My money got wasted here . last but not least there was car parking charges and he didn't even cared to pay . he said it's not my problem of car parking charges. really ridiculous caretaker.

After reaching the property checkin took around 1.5hr(that too late night). No amenities were available. In the morning we didnt get any towels and waited for atleast 45mins. No one was picking up the call also.

The studio was nicely done and maintained as compared to the other apartments here. The check in was smooth and discreet.

Easy checkin process.. clean and hygienic rooms.... quietness and the view from the balcony give us a better experience..

stunning views from the 21st floor! the sky studio in noida was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. highly recommend!

Nice experience. Nice view of the lake and the expressway. We stayed for 3 days. Spacious room. Like a hotel suite but this is a home stay, so lesser hospitality than a star hotel. Otherwise all is good. We had the wifi down for a while and the house manager/owner responded immediately and rectified within 15 mins. That type of support is nice. It was quick.
