Review Of 3BHK Spacious Stay Bunk & King Beds Hauz Khas

The apartment was in a building in which heavy construction was happening and the host didn't think it important to show courtesy to inform us of the same. the people were hammering till 7 pm at night. The apartment which is apparently wheelchair accessible doesn't even have a lift. not sure if it was in a hidden place. There was hair on the bedspread and hardly any light in one of the bathrooms. There was a shoe print in that bathroom and urine stains on the toilet seat and the host claimed that the bathroom was clean. All the bedsheets had stains and we checked two to three bedsheets to change and then gave up. The peeler in the kitchen still had some old vegetable peel attached to it. There was one AC remote to share between three bedrooms at night. there were holes in the Sofa upholstery. really run down apartment. the Property host should have spend money on maintenance and cleaning rather than putting up many fancy bulbs most of which were not working. please don't be fooled by the pics like me and don't book this place. MMT was also not initially helpful and not really doing anything thing and I am a Platinum member.

heavy leakage in bedroom on side table. Rain started early in morning due to which my earbuds spoiled and other things got wet. Rest staff was very rude and irresponsible. after many calls they didnt came and were demanding amount for doing each and every work. and when i refused to pay then in anger they refused to pickup my luggage during the time of checkout. i myself alone shifted luggage from 3rd floor to parking lot..
