Poor Stay

Had booked a family room for its size and balcony , valley view .. other amenities but instead got a normal room with no view ..the manager was a nice gentleman...but could not provide the front view family rooms as he stated they were not available even though MMT booking clearly stated Family room ... instead could only offer us a room in the backside with no view .. the door had peeling structure
