Need to put an ro filter in kitchen, & can charge for ro which will be better than water bottles, need an wide opening gate to get enter car, as the entry gate is less in width

Not as expected
The stay was okay, but we were under the impression that it was an entire homestay. However, it was just the ground floor, with a staircase leading to upstairs rooms that were closed off. We slept with the bedroom doors closed for privacy. There were extra charges for using the gas, and while i was given a justification for this, it didn’t really add up. Additionally, there were no water purifiers, only bottled water in the fridge that you had to pay for. Since it was just a night halt for us, we adjusted, but it’s not a place i would choose to stay again. Plus it’s 19s away from main city

Hello guest, thank you for your valuable feedback we are providing a detailed reply for your feedback that's how our future fellow guests can get an idea about our service. We are focusing budget travellers and provide better clean rooms for affordable price so we have limitations to provide 5 star amenties. We had listed all the details in our description about rooms and allocation. Base rate for 2 px and sorry we won't be able to provide entire 4 ac rooms. please read our description clearly beofre anyone make reservation. Your reservation was for 4 aduls and we had provided to air conditioned bedroomsas in our descriptions with large living room and kitchen. In our description shows clearly gas usage is not free it is paid. It is just 150 rupees also clearly given 2 bedrooms. And both floor is secured by 2 doors with metal and wooden doors. No one can enter or exit if we lock the doors between to both floors. It is just like 2bhk. When you book a 2bhk in apartment building you wont be able to access all the rooms in the building even if it show entire apartment 😄. There are somany budget room hunters like our favourite past fellow Guests looking for a clean and tidy Stay. So we will not raise our rent to bring more amneties and we will make sure to provide clean ac rooms and better service. 7 years of service still same rate even after Kerala Electricity board raised all hotel and homestay rates sky high. Very very bad hospitality
I booked for my friends the room they got was not seen in the photos, and the owner let us another room in another house. they had given entire property is letting but the owner said only a room is allotted. when they asked for reason for letting another room, first reason they told was they had mulitiple booking with same name, and after some time another reason they told was the same property was booked by a group of 9 bachelors so they let us another safe are but when when they looked at night there were no evidence of people staying in the property. Dont go to this property.

Hello mr. Sachin, sorry that you were not happy about your stay. We asked several times to see you are ok to stay in the same property with another 13 bachelors staying in another 3 bedrooms in 7th heaven. The reason we had asked to give you another quiet place for your family. We didn't want you to feel uncomfortable with other guests in the same house. We really wanted you to feel comfortable with your little child. Hope you remember that we had asked several times to see if you want stay in the same place you had booked. But the place we had given quiet and clean place.You had booked 1 room, and it's not possible for us to give entire floor with air conditioned for just 2 adults for 1000 rupees. mr. Sachin you had made a booking for 1 room in the house and rest of the 3 bedrooms booked by batchlors for their vacation. 7th heaven kannur: to stay in one room with those many bachelor's won't be comfortable. sachin a pr 29 8th mmt: then you should have informed us no? [4/29, 3:45 am] 7th heaven kannur: they had booked through online portal. [4/29, 3:45 am] 7th heaven kannur: we can let you stay in that room if you want. property is very hygiene, spacious, complementary break fast was delicious. over all it is worth of money.🙂

An unforgettable happy experience
the maps provided was accurate so it was easy for us to reach there the caretaker gave us a good welcome she setted the room very nicely for us there where full of CCTV around the property so it,s a very good thing in case of security the property was well cleaned i will blindly suggest this this property to all from friends for their trip in kannur 7th heavensuch an awesome experience you gave to me ♥️🥰💕

Outstanding ! very clean, quiet place !
Enjoyed our stay ! beyond our expectation ! host is very helpful, inside and outside the property was clean and quiet. Host made food for us that was very delicious that made us want to just go back and stay there. It's very convenient to stay if you are on the way to the kannur airport. Only 20 to 25 minutes to the airport. And the rent was very lower than other hotels close to the airport. 100% recommended ! you won't be disappointed ! thank you.
