The caretaker not good at all Didn't change bedsheet not the dustbin He doesn't care at all

Hotel was not good, they treat like a I am staying as free, no proper cleaning and no water supply in washroom. Facility not, no water supply, tap not working, no cleaning. Treating customer as I have not pay to him.

After booking we have reached to the hotel and got there by stairs; stairs are so dirty. Even entrance of the hotel is terrible and dirty. Somehow we have entered the hotel but there behavior of staff is also terrible. They refused for check-in. Then we have called , they arranged different hotel for us.

we took two rooms, in one jet spray was not working and in one room a mouse was there. when we complained they said it's normal. as per the money the rooms are not that good or not even comfortable. need more improvement.

nice place for 1 night.every one should try this for office purpose.it is near to godrej genesis building

Poor maintainance and service. The didnt provide water. The toilet and room was dirty.

room quality is very poor ceiling lights are not working not even the the bathroom door has door . Such a waste of money , I insist to not book any room very poor quality room and room service is terrible

Thank you a & m regency for making my trip beautiful. I went to run iem-uem kolkata marathon. My 21k run was good. If i visit salt lake, i will check in again. Thank you makemytrip.

I check in 2 hours earlier they ask me for extra money. The owner was not friendly he was rude. He didn't coordinate with use. He didn't also provide proper bill when i want to extend it for one more days.

Unsatisfactory bathroom locks are broken bed broken every thing worse service bad breakfast after 10 am. The worse hotel I have ever seen in my life only who want to do sex there they can go otherwise for family it is worse

The best advantage is location. If you are in a business trip this is very good as it is near College More/Webel under a budget, otherwise the other facilities are average. Bedsheet, blanket or pillow covers were not clean. Room service was not efficient.

Management has to stop providing accommodation to couples on hourly basis. This is an embarrassment to people who go with their families. Bath rooms and rooms should be cleaned every day which is missing. Free breakfast provided should be good and hygienic
