Great place, value for money and worth it. Staff was polite and well mannered. Rooms are spaces and could accommodate 6 people if wanted by adding mattresses.

I consider that this hotel was in side the main city so the road were narrow and designated parking place is not thete. However i was able to park my car just in front of the hotel on road side.
Actually during my onward journey i stayed in agra hotel booked through mm t. The charges were half of what i paid here and the hygiene, room quality, bed, blanket, washrooms all very crystal clean. But here in gwalior i got disappointed with to bathroom and bed cloth, blanket cleanliness. I just spent night and then in morning went away. I had prepaid the room tarrifs. I request u to refund back my money which i paid. My mother got unhappy and finding washroom pot with yellow marks and unclean. I myself felt bad as i paid more than what i paid with mm t booked hotel and found things sub standard. As per the room conditions my mo ey should be refunded. I hope i have not disappointed nor i have any malaise intent against this property. But this is my genuine feedback so that in future things improve and people stay be comfortable and happy. Thanks.

Hotel is situated in the heart of City. Value for the money. Very spacious room and the staff behaviour is nice. The person named Jayesh more at reception provided us the best facilities and guidance. Thanks to him.

Our stay in the suite was very good. Room service and food is very good.
The suite was spacious and clean. Room service was good and very responsive. Only problem is that the access to the hotel if one does not come by the one route which is difficult to find, it is right in the middle of busy market. Car parking if many cars are there is difficult.

Good hotel for stay

Good hotel .. Highly recommended for family and friends.. Staff behaviour also good.. Only one issue is that non veg. Food was not prepared by hotel... Location also good and near by heart of the city.

Good amenities and was pleasant stay. There good location and connectivity to city. Food was good, cleanliness also nice with such price was unbelievable. Recommended for all who visit Gwalior. It's nice family atmosphere.
