I checked in late at night after a long and tiring journey, only to face a completely unacceptable situation. The first room I was given had long hairs clearly visible on the white bedsheet—something impossible to miss. I immediately informed reception and requested a room change. Shockingly, the second, third, and even fourth rooms he showed me had the same issue—dirty bedsheet's with hairs on them. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told he had already left for the day. On speaking with him over the phone, I was advised to take an “executive room” instead. To my disbelief, even that room was unclean with the same issue As if this was not enough, the washbasin in the bathroom was also choked. This was one of the most pathetic hotel experiences I have ever had. Basic hygiene and cleanliness are the minimum expectations for any hotel stay, and this property failed on all fronts.

Nice and cosy. Food is a bit expensive, but apart from that it is a proper value for money proposition. Located at a very short distance from Chandigarh Railway Station on the Panchkula side.

The room was well spacious and a total value for money. The place is near to Railway station and the location is decent. I did not book breakfast here so couldn't comment on it. However, the overall service was good for the price it was for.

Location- near to railway station. Max cab charges will be 300- ambiance- room size is adequate with good ambiance food- excellent. Owner is very co-operative and helpful
