No solution yet with my issue it’s been more than a month, closed the issue without listening completely

High charges on makemytrip of that hotel.

Rooms were not clean bed sheets an blankets are dirty housekeeping is very very slow

Initially, I thought booking here was a bad idea, but in the end, everything turned out well, and the staff was great. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I would recommend that couples go ahead.

rooms are much smaller than they are claimed but everything was good and I'm here to rate the hotel

Very worst experience, not at all for family, they give rooms on hourly basis. Not at recommended for family and even they have awkward paintings in rooms.

it was not that bad you can adjust for some time. food was good. you can go with family and friends if you want.

Awesome place to stay and very hygenic. I was there for one night stay and the staff and stay was very plesant

1) used pillow with hairs on it from previous users, i couldn’t sleep first night properly 2) used blanket with stains, hairs 3) no window in room, very small room 4) no small fridge, i brought my food to eat over 1/2 days, couldn’t eat it 5) no lift in hotel 6) no water of bottle in the room or complimentary tea in room 7) had to shift room within same hotel due to window and pay 800 for each night

Rooms were decent. Not worth the proce we paid. Good for hourly stay and not night stay for a couple.

Don't share this hotel for the family booking. Very little space for parking. No service provided. No non-smoking rooms. No lift service. You have to walk till the 1st floor to check in. Grd floor has a pub so evening till 1:30 there is floor and sound vibration due to pub music. Service is good for people who book the rooms for a few hours. 24 hour or full day booking are not preferred by the hotel

A nrml experience. Bathroom door got stuck.there were so much cockroaches. room was too conjusted nd there werr no space keeping bag also

Rooms were comfortable and good. Place is also good, but staff behavior was not good. they were very rude. We ordered tea, but after 3 reminder got the tea that too after 45 mins... Tea was also not good. Staffs need to be trained and informed how to behave with customers. I would not recommend this place to others also would not like to visit again.

We upgraded our room to a deluxe but the room wasn't up to the mark. No mini fridge, no water provided. The quality of this place has certainly degraded. Will not recommend to anyone! the waiter had attitude problem. How do i avail this discount?

I had booked a romantic room but was offered a budget room without explanation. Hotel is average. No complimentary water or breakfast to guest. Place was under renovation. Only good thing is it’s close to highway with a secure parking space.

We ordered lunch. Each and every dish was tasteless. Waste of money. No tissues, no room freshener. Nothing was ready before check in. We had to ask for all this and than it was arranged. Staff needs to be more professional. While giving food order they don't write it down instead call multiple times to ask confirm order. And still gave incomplete food. Bath tub room is not with same bath tub as shown in property photos. Costly hotel. In same price can get a better hotel.
