Horrible, unethical

I have booked single room in this hotel. During my visit i have been told that the room is allotted to someone else. I tried to reach the host in charge but he blocked my number. Its not just me he did the same for few others. I have struggled a lot to find room in another place! pathetic service. At least they should have informed in prior about this. Unethical people.
