Very good hotel to stay in Manali
I would always prefer to my friends and family to stay at this hotel and I want to give a compliment to hotel manager Mr. Dinesh Thakur. He was a very nice person and always give us very valuable advice for exploring Manali. I will always stay at this hotel in Manali.

Excellent Stay
Location is good. Room view is excellent and if you want to stay away from the crowded area. Then it is a best and peaceful area. Food and service are also good.

Awesome place to stay
The hotel was excellent in terms of value for money. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people by paying just 1546/- and that too including dinner and breakfast. The credit obviously goes to MMT offers and cashbacks. Apart from this, the ambiance and atmosphere around the hotel is awesome too.

Very poor service
Bed sheets not clean, rooms will not be cleaned everyday after multiple reminders also, room service not available after 10pm, actual stay will be 1km away from a star hotel and you will not get any transport moan hotel to cottage.

Value for money hotel
Hotel is 5 km away from Manali bus stand. But view was good. Room service was good but heater are not provided by hotel. You need to pay extra for heater. Driver's accommodation is not enough for all the drivers. Value for money. Good hotel.

Totally waste of money and valuable time
I stayed there for 3 nights with my family, hotel and rooms were not as shown on Makemytrip website. Room was very dirty and full of smell, room services very bad with lots of untrained staff. Front desk staff also very uncooperative and full of ignorance, shower was broken, tap was not working bedsheets and blanket were of foul smell. Food was just OK, very bad experience, if you want to book this hotel think seriously.

It was worst ever experience for me. The location was far away from mall road, which is main place having all basic facilities. The choice for this hotel will increase your expenditure extra charge, which is in vain. The behaviour of owner was very much rude.

Good hotel with nice location and awesome climate
We were there for 3 nights and 4 days, during our period of stay, it was a very pleasant one. To mention specifically about the person who received us Mr. Ajith did a fabulous work there during our stay. He arranged us room heater for our full period of stay due to temperature turned into minus degrees. Food was really great.

Perfect place to relax
A star regency is little far from mall road but a very great view from hotel and right front of ice mountains. Awesome place to be there from your room balcony was nice. Food nice room silent place very much enjoying.

Good stay
It's good to be their once again. Hotel was good and nice hospitality very good food they provided us. It looks cool inside and out side. One of the best place we got through makemytrip. Thanks to makemytrip and All the best in future. I suggest every one once visit this hotel.

Not worth the money paid
Rooms are not good against the money they are taking. Room heater are very poor and taking Rs. 500 additional and no heating effect. Far from bus stand and mall road. Notis worthless. Food is poor quality. No lift.

Pathetic is the word
The place is more than 3 kms from Mall Road contrary to the claim. The hotel restaurant was pathetic, menu was of no use. Their tandoor doesn't work in the afternoon as told by room service guy. That is the state in peak season, can't imagine the state in off season. Free Wi-Fi does not work properly. It is due to this I had to cut short my trip by 1 day. Not recommended at all.

It is not worth to stay in A star regency,should be the last option
Spent the 4 nights with great difficulty in hotel a star regency, poor location in terms of connectivity though the view from the rooms are good,and lot of money goes waste in reaching just to main market. Hotel food is very average and not worth.Room size is ok but the mattress are really bad and definitely will give you backache.Very average in terms of cleanliness, Under staffing is also a problem. Manager is not at all ready to listen to you and considers tourist the fool people.You will feel cheated if they arrange the vehicle for your trip. I am really surprised how some people has given good reviews about this hotel.

It is a good hotel for stay, I stay there from 25-Jun-2015 to 28-Jun-2015. Staff is very cooperative and helpful and food is also very good. So I would definitely recommend to others to stay in this hotel. The only drawback is it is about 3 km far from mall road.
